hes not wrong...i wont power level, but i do know that where i worked, there was a sort of sliding scale on how close to death people were, usually people in a medical coma, and when you hit that moment of sorts, you were to call this stupidly named place called lifeline-home state...they would come and evaluate, and then badger the family into donating their families organs...they would take them into surgery to remove said organs and discontinue life support. im sure there is a far better way to explain this, but i have to say that i was pretty damn surprised that this was how it went down.

Most people think we're valid. We don't care what YOU think. For every person which attacks me ill donate $1 to helping trans children get there life saving medicine (HRT)

It’s honestly more developmental than mean spirited. Young kids don’t understand things like conservation of matter and theory of mind, expecting them to play along with the thought experiment that gender is changeable based on presentation and distinct from sex is asking too much from them. (It’s asking too much from society in general, but kids in particular are not equipped to handle this nonsense.)

So I had a plastic surgery consultation and talked in my normal voice(I'm very bad at doing a femme voice and have enough of speech issues as is without trying to make it higher). This was the first time meeting him and he was very nice. Although while talking to his nurse he said "Can you order him his labs" and after a few seconds corrected himself "her". I realize slip ups happen, I really do. It's just, I was only introduced to you as my preferred name and "she/her". In this case I know that the slip up is because my face + voice are "he/him".

This wouldn't be so upsetting if my partners dad also didn't have a similar slipup. I was only introduced to my boyfriends dad as she/her and "Ryleigh"(introduced first 5 months ago). Yet, around two weeks ago he managed to refer to me as "he" in conversation with their other family members. Then my boyfriends step-mom exclusively referred to me as "they/them"(note those were never given as my pronouns). Both of them have been calling me she/her and knowing me as my partners girlfriend, yet now they are slipping?

People at work who know I'm trans, know my preferred name is Ryleigh, and know my preferred pronouns are she/her still call me by my deadname and he/him.

My boyfriend is very sweet and says he doesn't see a boy, yet everyone is making these slipups. So many of these people outright refuse to call me by anything besides my deadname or use he/him because "you don't look like a girl".
