I've just about caught up on this thread to see many people speculating about this pic. It's uncanny because it's AI generated. Look at the fuzz around the upturned front paw "in action," the torso of the little girl (how do her legs attach like that?) and also note the nameplate on the car that is barely legible and what AI usually does with words - SMASHES and SLAMS them together.

Sorry but that's not the case here. The image is just a little blurry overall. Her legs also look normal, you're just interpreting it wrong. As for the car's plate, the last letter might have come off, and what you see could be the glue residue.
