Most DID fakers know not to fake that shit anywhere except the internet, I suspect. I remember when the WPATH files were leaked and there were multiple questions from doctors of patients who claimed to have multiple personalities. Their solution was to ask consent from each of the alters individually:
At no point did they consider that they were too crazy to transition, or that maybe they were lying about DID and also lying about having dysphoria.

1 Day post op Glans redo, implants, and or is lowering w/ Dr Freet
It’s the day after surgery and finally feeling a bit more human. I haven’t seen Dr. Freet since before my surgery but that’s pretty normal for him. I have had someone from his team stop by a couple times to answer questions and see how things are going. I was told the surgery was a success and they did everything we planned on.
Today my scrotum and perineum are extremely swollen, they definitely hurt and peeing is a chore since I can’t milk properly. But the expectation is that swelling will hopefully go down over the next few days. I’ve been up and walking a little although it’s hard with the state of my right leg. Currently I have two drains in, one in my right leg and one on the left side of my abdomen.
it’s still pretty early to try and talk about outcomes but I am very pleased with what I can see so far and just hope that the glans keeps this time. My goal is to hopefully be discharged from the hospital by the end of tomorrow and also to start being able to bathe!

3 Days Post Op w Dr Freet Discharged from Hospital
Today marks 3 days post op. I was discharged around 9 this morning and got settled back into my airbnb. I was able to shower for the first time and moved around quite a lot today. Now that I’m back in my own recovery space I want to give a bit more detail about the various procedures, as I understand them right now. All in all I feel good but definitely some areas I’m anxious to see improve.
The biggest mobility handicap I have right now is from my leg. Dr Freet took an oval shaped skin graft from the right leg. He then closed my leg with a single incision and that area is extremely tight and swollen making bending at the knee very hard. It’s improving daily but at this time I still need assistance getting up and down. The skin graft was placed on my abdomen right at the old junction point of my original abdominal phallo scars. This was done for two reasons. One was to lower my penis to a more anatomically correct position and the second was to make it so that I fit in traditional underwear and clothing without having the top of my penis pressed by waistbands. This area I am extremely pleased with and so far there’s only been a minor bit of wound separation occurring on the right side.
The next area of work was my penis, I had a second glansplasty done as my first one had flattened out entirely, and I also requested additional fat grafting to my base as I had a taper in my penis that left the base rather thin. The fat grafting took well and the glans will take time see how that heals. Dr Freet did not instruct me to use any bandages for it this time which does feel weird, but so far I’m just keeping neosporin around the area. There’s been no real pain from this site either and time will tell on rather or not this glans was a success.
The final major piece of work was getting testicular implants. I had two saline filled testes implanted in my scrotum which Dr Freet said were the largest size they use. I always wanted big balls so it’s pretty neat to me to hear that. Swelling peaked in my testes during day 2 at the hospital and this area has been the source of most of my pain so far. I was told to massage them during healing to keep them mobile but have not started doing that. I haven’t spoken to Dr Freet yet but I can tell based on pictures that they did things a bit differently than how I expected. I have an incision in the center of my scrotum as well as on the right side, and it looks like they also lifted my scrotum some during the procedure as there is another long incision curving up the right side of my penis.
I’m really happy with having testicles now, my only current concern is all of the swelling that’s persisted so far. Not only is my scrotum pretty swollen, but also my perineum which as you can see in the pic basically looks like a 3rd implant at this point. It’s nearly impossible for me to properly milk after peeing, so in order to avoid developing a UTI I’ve been doing my best to drink continuously so that I pee every few hours and flush the plumbing. The nerve deadeners are starting to wear off little by little and I’ve been getting spasms in both my legs. All those concerns aside I’m overall doing quite well. Looking forward to updating again around the 1 week mark!

Well, yeah, because there are no agreed-upon methods or standards, hence there cannot be malpractice. It's almost as if the various butchers conspire to use differing methodologies, in order to keep things as medically, and thereby legally, grey as possible.
