could it at the very least raise the question of conflict of interest, considering he could now be holding a grudge for a failed prosecution?
I have a feeling a lot of the BS stuff is about to be dropped, I think after an assassination attempt a lot of people are done playing nice

There are long, narrow, sharp streaks of blood visible along Trump's cheek, visible in photos from immediately after the injury:

Those lines are from blood splashing off the bullet onto his cheek, at the same time the bullet was being propelled forward past his head at an extremely high speed. What would have been flecks or dots of blood in a "normal" blood splatter has been turned into a long, narrow line, because the object the blood splattered off was racing forward in that direction as the splatter happened.

Any other injury without that added velocity (a gunpowder charge, shattered glass from his teleprompter, a blade, whatever retarded idea the retards are pushing) doesn't make that pattern.

Seriously, you don't have to be fucking Dexter to figure this out, just give it ten seconds of thought and apply some third-grade physics.
I think those streaks are from the blood flowing from his ear as he faced down when taking cover. Bullets tend to turn blood into a mist due to the velocity they travel.

they're trashcanning the part where he's comparing the face of maxwell yearnick and thomas matthew crooks.
yeah, which is what I don't understand. They must be malding because all the evidence you need is staring you in the face.

I could make a snyde comment about making false idols towards specific pieces of information but then I'd be a hypocrite because I'm doing exactly the same thing, so I'll just admit my faults here and ask the Lord for Mercy instead.

While the MAL case is dismissed, the way Cannon ruled means the DC case should also be dismissed, because Fag Smith wasn't appropriately appointed to that either.

Leslie is right. Something can't be constitutional and unconstitutional at the same time.

But, and someone more into legalese than I can correct me if I'm wrong, a conflicting ruling on a motion for dismissal on these grounds by the DC court means this shoots straight up to the SC, bypassing the court of appeals since conflicting rulings is the original jurisdiction of the SC IIRC (I could be wrong though).

For some reason I had it my mind that SS agents had to be 5'11" or below in order to do protective details (to easily jump in/out of vehicles) so I went to their web site to double-check and was greated with more Grrrl Powah!

That girl is what, about 85lbs? Also I don't see a max height requirement, I'm not sure why I thought that.

No, I've never even heard of it. Kabbalah is what poltards (and magician wannabes) sperg out about, no average Jew actually knows anything about it. To even find the texts you'd have to go on something like Sefaria, since it's not like it's a part of the Bible. It's like when they sperg about the Talmud as if any Jew other than a Rabbi or Hebrew PhD student has ever read any part of it. It's just pol exiles or glowies shitting the Internet up.
Kabbalah does come up in reform circles but it’s the very gay, tamest kind where instead of Keter representing the unknowable knowledge of the divine reflected through the mirror of human experiences it’s literally “the will to live”.

I’ve met several Jews of the Orthadox and non Orthadox variety who do some whacky old timey shit but usually it’s because their meemaw did it or their rabbi told them about it.

While not directly part of Chevron, we're going to see a lot more decisions like this as a result. The ball starts rolling now!
this is an excellently-written, precise, clear explanation of what she's doing. cannon has really impressed me with her work on this case.

The funniest thing to me is how Trump showing everyone a /pol/ infographic saved his life. He literally turned to show everyone how immigration had been fucked since Biden took office with the increase in border crossings.
For real though, I can't stop thinking about that. It's insane that he's still with us because he decided to look at the screen at that exact moment. He walked away from that shit with just a minor ear injury. Trump is without a doubt the luckiest man who ever lived.
