it shouldn't even have been a question considering how many documents other presidents have taken, but of course orange man did it so it has to be treated as evil. everyone just tried to play it up as much as possible on the left, claiming he went so far as to sell out the military to china or russia. his defense's argument was that he was the one who determined whether or not those documents needed to be classified in the first place, and that meant he could take them wherever he wanted because at the time he would have classified them as 'unclassified'.
i don't know nearly as much about jack smith, unfortunately, so i would not want to give you bad info, but from what i can tell, he was a colossal fuckup of a prosecutor, and it seems judge cannon believes that he should never have been assigned to the case by the department, but instead a special counsel should have been appointed by congress and solely empowered by them.

He just registered in the Republican party to vote in the Primary to try and get them to pick Nikki Haley because Leftists thought that was a good strategy. You put that in and it makes perfect sense. He was just the most dedicated to the cause, and frankly, I am not surprised this happened, just surprised it took this long.
Now my leftist friends are all saying this was staged, because Trump is fine with killing people behind him not realizing they are betting he's okay with the risk of the bullet hitting him and getting his head blown off. That would obviously have been bad for his campaign. This is why it's so easy to imagine that yes, these same people would be willing to get jobs feeding mail in ballots into the machine and then put handfuls of extras in, because that's still a lesser crime than murder. It's all in the name of stopping actual Hitler, and they all accepted that is reality.
If you think that a republican president is just a speedbump on your path to progress you don't need to go to these extremes. You just do better in four years. Assassinations, thoughts of rigging elections, those are acts of desperation born out of sincerely believing to the very core of your being that the world is doomed and it's therefore noble and heroic to break society's rules.

The only link that anyone has posted making these claims appears to be some AI generated content site or one put together by someone who has no regard for the truth and even fewer brain cells. None of it had sources or any kind of other proof to substantiate the claims, so it would all have to be taken at face value.
My best guess as to what happened is that his information got mixed together with Crooks early on and people aren't exactly clear on what's what if they haven't been following this thread the entire time. In particular, the dates listed in some of the articles claiming he was involved with antifa groups made no sense as they would have required him to be making cross-country trips while he was still in high school. I don't know if anyone's bothered to see if all of that came from digging into Yearick or if it's just complete bullshit.

Most people don't know about closed and open primaries because they don't vote in them and they have short term memory. My gf and her friends didn't know PA's was closed and entirely forgot the plan about voting in Haley despite them talking about it earlier this year.
