If he does go live tonight, want to bet on how many pages he reads of the Trump Dismissal? My bet is no more than 10
He reada articles now. I cannot remember the last time he opmes an actual court document. It may have been before Depp. My theory is that he got into trial streaming because document reading was boring him to death, but he got tired of the long hours even faster.
You will be pleased to see that the state isn't falling for that laughable "muh separate mailing address" gambit either, as their humiliating list of preconditions to return of custody includes even "unscheduled" site visits getting full access to "every room" in "both homes" on the overall compound, which must have been awkward for April.
So Nick's galaxy-tier sophistry did jot fool anyone? Colour me shocked? Another NPL L.
Why does Nick still think he can win? My theory us that he wasn't to eat his cake and have it too (true Ted fans will understand) without giving anything up. He does not even want to do the fake crying apology that people do in court or online after a PR scandal. He just wants the critique to stop.
This much is clear from his 'I didn't let you down' rant along with his 'If you don't like, stop watching, never give me money, and leave (incel prude)' rant. it was foreshadowed by his 'I will never lie/have never changed' promise/rant/pledges, but in the worst possible way.
Nick is not ready to change for anyone and until he is, he will continue like this.
Good news for the children perhaps, but unfortunately a sign of very boring times to come now that the spare house is no longer usable for whatever backup stash they were speculated to have set aside there, so the long-awaited relapse arc is now that much less likely. Unless of course there's some third place to go disappear for days with his studio too inaccessible to stream about three huge stories right in his bailiwick.
This will give Nick am excuse to stream less. If he has to leave the house and go hours away to party, he will do that. He doesn't even have to arrange a babysitter anymore!
Anyway there's plenty of other interesting stuff in there worth a read, including but not limited to different KCHHS caseworkers now handling this for some reason rather than that Sweep lady that Nick flat-out accused of perjury on his stream
I think they noticed. This is a small county, and Nick is the biggest arsehole in the area. Everyone knows him in that small office.
Nick's revocation of consent to release of his past hair test results not mattering much now that KCHHS is preconditioning custody on him submitting to not only random "UA's" and "ETG's" looking back a few days but also "hair tests" looking back several months all over again
So this was a lolyer move? You can't just deny things and not have a bad result? This is family court; not criminal. Your rights are not as zealously protected.
KCHHS' frustration with how the Rekietas' "invoking their 5th amendment right" kept being "a barrier to case planning tasks such as drug testing and talking about drug use" needed to move the process along,
See above. Nick is treating the Constution as a sword to attack when it is a shield to protect you from the Government--not your own stupid actions. This is the same as Greer who thinks that just because a celebrity/woman was nice to him once, it means he is ENTITLED to their time now. This is peak clingy intelligence behaviour.
Nick's required "mental health assessment" and "chemical use assessment" both being "not completed" after weeks to get such simple tasks done, or KCHHS' new insistence that Nick seethe through "meetings" of a "support network" that sounds akin to twelve-step programs he would tend to despise
He was just so busy NOT driving his kids around... Do you know how dangerously impactful the overload of free time can be? You just find yourself doing thr old things and driving empty cars around. The government was RECKLESS when they took the kids away! They should have considered how this would affect Nick and his ability to make GOOD excuses!
KCHHS' insistence that supervised visitation at a county facility continue for some reason, or other stuff I'm sure I missed in a quick skim, etc. etc. etc. Anyone think Father of the Year could have worked much harder than that to get his kids back sooner?
Nick is just proving that even the 'most important people' in his life were never that important. The man cares about no one else and nothing. This is getting close to APSD levels of apathy. How much more of a wake up do you need when they TAKE YOUR FAMILY away?
Wait a minute, so wouldn't a natural takeaway from the Baldwin outcome be that every single time any given random internet schizo ever contacted KCSO with bogus leads about Nick's case, the state would have to disclose those communications to the defense in full, up to and including copies of this entire thread for each and every time that KCSO was sent a link to it, lest Nick bring up failure to disclose at a critical moment after a jury's already been empaneled? Hell, even reaching out to friends to have them bring about such a scenario would be just the sort of strategy to make Nick pat himself on the back for being oh-so-clever. All the Sean-vs-TSWG drama that resurfaced this weekend comes to mind, but since she denies her "alleged" contact with KCSO about all sorts of supposed proof that Nick was up, it's just being brought up as a purely hypothetical illustrative example of how a Baldwin/Brady scenario could be orchestrated by a defendant on purpose, in theory. Surely Nick could never have done such a thing, because no such "tips" from random internet people show up in the state's disclosures thus far and surely they'd never forget to include them in the next round.
Family case. I'll wait for others who know the law, but Brady is probably only for criminal cases. As said further up, technically the Constitutional Law must be followed, but in practice and law there are fewer explicit protections of your rights and less of a direct impact by invoking it in family and civil court than criminal.
It's over guys, he's not streaming anymore.
I think he did this to bait the leaker and he plans to not announce them going forward. Hopefully he logs off and fights for what actually matters, his family, but he can't help himself from owning the ayylogs once and for all. He's a broken man.
Imagine my shock.gif
If Nick were actually intelligent, I would suspect that he is baiting all the document drops so he can put out one story that cannot be contradicted by facts in unreleased documents.
I am SHOCKED that no random streamer without a law licence has taken up Nick's case and read through his documents like Nick in Weeb Wars. This is peak drama content. (NOot that I want that. The kids' names are in there, but I am impressed jo one has already done it).
The end will be just like this - there will be no formal goodbye, no "I'm sorry", no indication that he's moving on to other things (like prison). The streams and posts will simply stop with no indication as to why.
The largest Superchat earning YouTube channel, ending with the quietest whimper. All because he was so stupid he couldn't make anything work without all the help he shoo'ed away.
Nick's channel will suffer the fate of the LOCALS 5k gift...
One thing I noticed in the documents was the mention of "psychotropic medications" in the "AR" case plan. That the child was and is on them. ARR as well. Not CJR or the others.
It is likely ADHD medication of some sort. Nick ans Kayak seem to be into pharmacological substances despite giving weird fringe 'vaccines cause autism' vibes with the 'government experiments on black people' rant and MLM/CBD/Essential oils connections.
