This is it, you guys... we finally have photographic evidence of what the "split hot dog phalloplasty" looks like in close-up hi-res pictures!

Some highlighted quotes:

Yeah, good job on fucking up every single anatomical area of your pelvis.

Yeah, I'm sure scrubbing the necrotic burst hotdog is going to help with it smelling like death.

I guess the "smells really terrible" is just that remaining 40% developing a lil' neccy, nothing to worry about, at all!

(If someone ninjas me on this monstrosity, I'll be mad)!
How long before she's putting her cell phone and cash in that thing like it's a purse?

This troon got a stinkditch less than 6 months ago and is already looking into MTFTM reversal surgery:
"funny functioning penis" is probably more accurate than what he meant to say.

Regarding organ donation, at first I didn't like the thought of possibly being harvested for troon experiments, but I do kind of enjoy the idea of taking out at least one troon from beyond the grave because he's retarded enough to think he could have a functioning uterus. Just theoretically speaking. It still feels gross.

And with this "hot dog" (I can't believe that's what they are actually calling it, good thing I don't even like hot dogs because they would have ruined them forever) we have reached depths I truly cannot comprehend anymore. Could be straight out of some human experiment horror story, since we just mentioned Mengele and Co. How can anyone look at this and not be completely horrified? They cannot be serious with this.

"I feel like changing my sex, shall I get surgery right now or shall I see a shrink to sort myself out?"
"Surgery NOW NOW NOW! Don't listen to gatekeepers! "Therapy" is conversion therapy and it doesn't work ever!"
"I regret changing my sex! Shall I get surgery now?"
"I recommend intensive therapy before any sort of intervention."

"How to increase my 'clit' size after SRS?"
You never had a clit. This is like an amputee asking how to increase the length of his stump.

"FutureProofed"? More like "future poofed"!

Pretty sure I read somewhere that a blood transfusion from a woman who has been pregnant at some point in her life to a man has a higher risk of mortality for the man, with no one really knowing why. Probably some antibodies or iron levels that mens bodies just can't handle. So even if they somehow manage to put a uterus into a guy and impregnate him he might just get poisoned by his own blood if they somehow manage to get it all to work considering these changes seem to be somewhat necessary for the childs development.

Has any troon floated the idea of impregnating a woman and then transplanting the gravid uterus into a man yet? I wouldn't put that flavor of insanity past them
They have a pretty good idea of why and it's nothing to do with iron levels.

TRALI

80–85% of cases are thought to be immune mediated.[5][6] Antibodies directed toward human leukocyte antigens (HLA) or human neutrophil antigens (HNA) have been implicated, with transfused antibodies shown to bind antigens expressed on pulmonary endothelial cells to initiate acute inflammation in the lungs.[7][8] Women who are multiparous (have carried more than one pregnancy to viable gestational age) develop these antibodies through exposure to fetal blood; transfusion of blood components obtained from these donors is thought to carry a higher risk of inducing immune-mediated TRALI.[6] Previous transfusion or transplantation can also lead to donor sensitization.

I absolutely 100% do not want my ladyparts to end up inside a man after I die
It was quite some time ago (2-3 years?) that I read a Reddit post from a troon who said that his stinkditch was partially made from donated cadaver tissue. From a woman. He was quite giddy about that. Who knows if he was lying? But I immediately decided that I did not want any part of my body benefitting some troon. So I changed my organ donor status with my DMV. (Where I am you register your organ donor status with the DMV and a symbol is put on your driver's license so ERs know they can start butchering and doling your parts out as soon as you flat line on the table.)

It's a shame that I did that. I liked the idea of helping someone out with my unneeded parts after I was dead. But it was simply a Yes or No situation. No if/thens. And with the Troon Menace gaining ground out there, I decided No. No way were any of my spare parts going into a troon. No skin, chunk of colon, retinas, kidney, whatever. No way.

Having something written in a will might do the trick, but will whoever gets your parts abide by your wishes later when they take them out of the deep freeze? "Hey, look! Check it out! Here's a terf's colon! Let's use that for Kitty LaRue's vaginoplasty!"

Yeah. No.

Agreed, @Anasa Tristis - and I’ve taken myself off the UK’s organ donation register too (our system is opt out, rather than opt-in, which is fair play I guess).

It’s not just Troon shit like some AGP pervert attempting to experiment on a baby via his own body that worries me. It’s not just happy clappy donations that they do with your organs when you’re gone, and the way money is driving medical research now (and ethics is far behind), I just don’t want to be part of it.

As for hot dog flop dog, I’m sorry but I laughed. The thing is obviously sensation-free or it’d be fucking agony (‘nerve hookup’, get a grip, it’s not a fucking road map). I swear pooners simply do this shit for the attention. All those sweet asspats from online friendos, and the lovely lovely people grifting cash from them at the hospitals (in America, at least). So much being the centre of attention! Bonus obvious self-harm that will make people double-take you on the street forever (neckbeard, stupid piercings and tatts, scars everywhere gleefully shown off).

This lass’s flop dog is going to at least partially rot off, and what’s left will heal gnarled and scarred. And then what? Do they think they can just trim a little bit off each side, sew them together and it’ll all heal up as one just fine? Wtf kind of insanity is this?

Remember back in the 70s when someone got a video camera or the local tv station turned up in town, and all the kids would crowd in front of it trying to get on air, waving and going “hi mum!”? All this troon shit is is that for the digital age. You’d think adults would be more mature than to do such things, but here we are.

Quick question for the legalfags reading: if I am an organ donor am I able to specify in my will (or via a discreet instructional tattoo on my pelvis) that I absolutely 100% do not want my ladyparts to end up inside a man after I die, if I live long enough for this to be happening being attempted regularly?
This was already discussed in this thread. My opinion:
So anyway, you're sayin' if I sign up for organ donation, my liver can save a life, my heart can save a life, my kidneys can save two lives...

...and my uterus can kill a troon?

Rad; I'm in.
But as a practical matter, talk it over with your next of kin. (In the US) that's who has the ultimate veto on organ harvesting, no matter what you signed or didn't sign in life.

Hope those donations are anonymous, because I can just picture a grieving husband hearing the doorbell ring, and open the door to see a man in a dress stand there… With demands that the widower hand over his dead wife’s clothes and in particular her underwear, since the troon has her vagina and won’t feel “complete” without them.

I think even if all that was done perfectly it would still fail. A woman’s whole body reacts to pregnancy. You get an increased blood volume. Your pituitary and hormone systems need to work in balance with the growing pregnancy to ensure that it all works. The ribs expand. The internal organs are displaced. The placenta is an embryonic tissue but the woman’s body must accommodate all the waste that’s transferred over and deal with it. There are even foetal cells that transfer over from every pregnancy into the mother and persist for life - we still dont really understand all they do in the mother but there’s a reason women’s immune systems are different. She has to cope with a being inside her for nine months that’s only half ‘self’ . I would suspect that any one of these issues would cause the pregnancy to fail and perhaps even kill the man.
Pregnancy isn’t plug and play , and troons think biology is just like swapping bits around like a video game and drinking magic girl potion. Pregnancy involves the whole system.
It would be easier to gestate a pregnancy in a plastic bag and use machinery to keep all the oxygen and fluid levels correct than it would to do what you’re describing. (Fwiw I think sheep have been successfully bred in this way, but it would require many years of testing before humans ever get a crack at the baby maker 2.0.)

I'm sure if there ever was a uterus, vaginal tissue etc market it all would be super ethical and fully legal. All in 1st world countries too. For sure. Especially if they started impregnating women and then taking their organs. What a beautiful future would that be!

you do have the option of meeting your organ donors family. However the family must consent to this, and it’s really not that common to do so. The family may tell the recipient a bit about the donor and all, but they are under no obligation to do so. Living donors are a different situation

I think it may be PTSD from having surgery again but it was a different hospital and everyone was really nice. I'm just so scared even though it's over I feel like I'm back there again unable to breath that thinking I'm going to die. It's almost non stop

Back in the mid 90s, a friend of my brother's was having trouble with his parents and he ended up staying in our house for a few months. He'd been born without a ton of his facial bones and he'd been through dozens of surgeries, with more to come. My brother eventually lost contact with him in the early 00s, but last we saw this lad, he'd made the decision to allow himself to go blind. There was yet another operation that he needed to stabilise the position of his eyes, but this poor young man had gotten to the point where he couldn't even smell disinfectant without feeling abject terror, and just walking past a hospital made him want to vomit, he refused to put himself through that again, and chose a life of blindness and disability instead. Maybe it would have been different if his family wasn't so awful to him, but I doubt it.

Surgery is traumatic in of itself, and on top of all that, this troon has a heart condition. His hind brain is screaming at him that's he's going to die on the table if he keeps doing going under, but he's been told by absolutely everyone that his body is an enemy that needs to be subdued and sculptured to be defeated. Usually I refuse to feel sorry for troons, but it's clear that he has severe depression and needs heavy medication and intensive therapy, and instead they told him that carving up his body like a Christmas chicken would cure him forever.

"I'm grateful to have been experimented on at my own volition and cost."

Pretty much. Troons and pooners are convinced that the science is settled, but this isn't science, it's madness.

It depends on the country. In mine, recipients are allowed to write a single letter to the donor's family, and the letter is carefully scrutinised for identifying information before it's handed over. Live donation isn't common in my country either, when it does happen, it's intrafamilial.

The shit that goes on in the USA with body and organ donations is insanely dystopian, like pretty much everything else that goes on over there. Examine your local practices before you take yourself off of the donation register... there are a lot people in need, and personally, I think that taking out a troon on the way out is a good way to make it into Valhalla.

We are talking about sexual reproduction which took 100 million years of evolution to get where we are, and some doctors think they can just stick this or that in a person and expect it to work? What are they smoking?
Some members of the medical community have made a concerted effort to deceive trans people and their supporters in the name of "affirmation". Even faced with mounting evidence that their community is being directly harmed by these interventions, troons believe everything they are told regarding science, medicine, and human anatomy, so it's no wonder they believe that a uterus, any uterus, is the sole requirement for pregnancy. With troons, it's magical thinking all the way down.

As much as I dislike troons and gender bullshit, it's a fucking atrocity that these physicians are continuing to irreparably harm their patients.

Has any troon floated the idea of impregnating a woman and then transplanting the gravid uterus into a man yet? I wouldn't put that flavor of insanity past them
Fetal abduction, but make it *~*aFfiRmiNg*~*. I would not be surprised to learn that some troons have thought about this. However, I think for the vast majority of them, it's not about gestation as much as it is being "bred" and appropriating one of the only remaining spaces from which they are excluded. They consider pregnancy - specifically, becoming pregnant - the ultimate feminine act. As that horrid creep and Pulitzer winner Andrea Long Chu said, getting fucked makes you female because fucked is what a female is.

Not a fetish, though!

If you're really that concerned about what will happen to your organs after your death, you probably shouldn't be an organ donor at all. It's such a deeply personal matter that I don't think anyone should be ashamed about opting out for any reason.

Also, all of the donor registries and identification card designations are great, but it is also a good idea to make your loved ones aware that you have consented to donation. Don't just assume that they'll know. This is also something that should also be included in an advance directive. Even if you are young and in good health, it's really important to consider what you want to happen to you in the event of a catastrophic injury or illness. If there are medical interventions you don't want, say so.

Not from the start of pregnancy. The bags are essentially a wet incubator, and they can take a very premature lamb to maturity. They cannot take a fertilised egg to a very premature lamb.
The initial part of pregnancy is the blastocyst implanting in the uterus wall. That requires it to burrow in, the cells of the uterus to accept that, and to allow the formation of the placenta, and for the interplay between placenta and maternal tissues. The lamb in a bag is past all that, it’s basically at the stage where it just needs to grow and mature and that stage it’s simpler in many ways, it’s stuff in and stuff out and time.

Also a side note because I can’t reply to @Thomas Eugene Paris but there’s implied vs informed consent with organ donation and also, dnr tattoos are not legally binding.

So he makes a very good point. Don’t donate if you really care where you want your organs to go to. You really have no say with cadaver donations

And on the flip side, you might get troon organs, they can donate

And this is all assuming everything goes correctly and there are no complications or issues
That was a great write up.
Trannies will unironically read this and say we just need to apply more science and less bigotry like we're making a cake and refusing to put the right color icing they want on it, but my honest thought after reading posts like these is that it's a complete fantasy, something you can write about but if you tried to pull it off in reality you would only get a grotesque parody. Like discussing the creation of nuclear weapons in a sterile professional environment and then, after unleashing the big two on Japan, everyone finds that the human suffering was somehow way worse than being hit with a normal explosive and now we have a ton of nuclear waste to give generations of people a headache in the future.
Basically what I'm saying is even if humanity somehow did pull all of that* off to make real seahorse dads, I think we'd be standing on the bodies of a ton of dead men and women, children too, in ways we'll wish were just a horror story. So trannies need to fuck off about it.
*for the record I believe it's impossible and everyone's already explained why but people are fucking delusional so they need to be appealled to by other means
