For some women hate, I recently got promoted at work and let me say that the amount of dumb woman problems that I have to deal with now has gone up by huge amounts. I had two women that I was supervising start arguing about nothing to each other and they were too dumb to take my advice to shut up, separate and get back to work before it escalated to an annoying impotent woman shouting match where I had to reprimand them. This is during the same week another female employee screamed at a male employee in impotent anger about not answering her messages about essentially stubbing her toe even though we aren't supposed to have phones while working(they aren't dating and have never dated and both are in relationships with other people).
This same female employee left work early because of a "panic attack" because the male employee she screamed at tried to lighten the mood during her apology with a joke and told her she didn't need to apologize. Women are insane, create their own problems, won't listen to solutions and will try to drag you into their problems if you try to assist.

There's that old thing about how everyone should have to work in customer service at some point in their life, well every man should have to work in a workplace full of women at some point. You'll become capable of navigating almost any social situation as you become attuned to the games crazy uterus-burdened individuals play against each other, usually trying to drag you (one of the few males present) into the situation.

I still remember learning the hard way that if two women are arguing and one of them wants you to pick a side, never do it even if she's really pushing and it seems like the quickest way to get her to stop complaining. Eventually they'll make up and tell each other about whatever you said as a friendship offering, and you'll become the bad guy.

You'll also learn how to strategically avoid crying women, convincingly pretend to listen while doing things that actually matter, tactically distribute attention so women like you but also leave you alone, recognize when two women hate each other but are only pretending not to, and much more I'm probably blocking out of memory.

And eventually like animals in a zoo enclosure they'll get comfortable with your presence and won't bother concealing the weird shit they say about/to each other in private anymore. That's when the horror really begins.

I already knew that women love to try to cozy up to authority, but the amount of times in my short time wielding the small amount of power I currently have that I've had a woman try to use me as a bludgeon against another woman is sort of ridiculous. I am all for mixing up the formula, I wish they would continue to experiment and further up from dark souls 2, which had some neat ideas:

• Adaptability stat. Very controversial in DS community. But it gives you some control over build. Do you want a shield or do you want to dodge. Pick one
• Attunement not only increase number of slots for spells, but also a number of casts and number of orbs in homing orbs. 3 if below 25, 4 from 25 to 50, etc. I think it's up to 6
• First instance of power stance. You need to have 1.5x of required stats for weapon to do it. Changes moveset and increase damage
• Cut unnecessary trite, like different kinds of titanite.

At least they didn't milk it dry and finished properly

I don't see 2 as being all that distinct from what Elden Ring did. To me Demon's Souls was a wonkier alpha version of Dark Souls 1, 2 coming off as an inferior cash grab with some mildly interesting but often annoying if not entirely useless tweaks to the system, 3 being a return to form, then Elden Ring just being 2.5 in a lot of ways with more of an emphasis on copy/pasted open world type crap. Seeing completely clownshoes shit like "Godefroy" the copypasted or going through the 5th or 6th nearly identical cave or catacomb or fort or set of ruins in Elden Ring really kills a lot of the mystique earlier games in the series did a better job of preserving. The earlier games had recycled designs and assets too, but they did a better job of mixing them up in ways that gave off the illusion of each area being distinct from the others.
