I refuse to believe Rekieta is stupid enough after everything that previously happened between him and Ralph he’d pay Ralph $20k to harass and bully Elissaclips. Seems more like an off handed comment.

I can't think of a service Gunt could provide to anyone that was worth 20k. If I remember correctly Ralph once let it slip that he had money tied up in American accounts he couldn't access for some reason. If Rekieta is involved in Ralph's money at all (doubt), it could be because Rekieta helped him get that access back.
