I seem to recall Gruffin’s rotdog being discussed at one point?

Could we get a TLDR on this chick?

She looks like a dwarf who got hit by an aging spell or something.
This post delivers a good rundown of Gruffin aka Tentacle Dick for anyone who needs a refresher. I would also recommend searching the thread too since I've forgotten things like how expensive this life saving operation was:
$630,000 billed by the hospital, insurance negotiated it down and paid $330,000, DotResponsible9245 still paid $16,000 out of pocket. Very lucrative for these butchers!

HA! FUCK YOU TERFS SHES HEALED!

Boy did this age terribly! Not unlike her incidentally!

Does "Tentacle Dick" refresh your recollection at all?
Obviously! Who can forget that very amusing monstrosity.

Just hard to put a retarded rotdog together with a retarded face, if you know what I mean.

Maybe Gruffin needs her own thread. Not that it'd be a fast-moving one, but just to have all of this in one little place, chronologically.
I don't think it'd get much traction at all and there are already so many threads that are all but dead.

Maybe there should be a locked mod/autist operated thread where updates are linked to? Each post is about a single person with short descriptors and links to posts from these larger threads, edited to add new happenings as they happen, a repository thread. There's just so many of these characters that get occasional updates that wouldn't inspire enough discussion for a thread of their own but are impossible to string together amid the thousands of pages of content and discussion in generals.

Given last time it was kidney failure and this time it's a brain bleed, by the time someone makes it you'll be retiring it because she'll be dead.

I can't recall but did the doctors ever actually remove the meat stick? I'm curious because if they were/she were fighting to keep on on there at the expense of her kidneys that would really be something. Some part of me feels that if they cut it off and placed something to keep her original urethra open after removing the tentacle she probably wouldn't be in kidney failure.

This gives me a feeling of watching a trainwreck in real time, same feeling I had when cheyenne (munchie) started to remove lipids from her diet, which later turned into a multiple organ failure and she died months after a multivisceral transplant that went horribly.

I am pretty sure miss tentacle wont survive much longer either

I don't know how much we know about Gruffin--I sometimes have a hard time keeping track of surgical disasters from the omnibus thread. I assumed she'd already nuked her kidneys with septic hypoperfusion and/or vancomycin, so any cleanup of the distal urethra after she got out of the ICU would just be rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic and probably not worth risking anesthesia.

How many of her medical problems are real though, and how many are munching.

Between the lupus and her numerous brain scans (“Bad News Mr Gruffin! It turns out you’re retarded!”) I’m getting some real munchie vibes.

Edit: Those pics man! It’s amazing how fast she went from “mildly retarded looking but otherwise healthy Downsie/FAS chick” to “death gnome”.

Some wrong think is going on over at r/transgender_surgeries

People are voicing their regret.

Thread
Lmao!

Notice how 1: He brings up how he can’t tell anyone IRL (because god forbid those doubting thomases were right!) and 2: Some troon IMMEDIATELY pops up with yet another SRS-cure all: “Don’t worry bro! Just gotta get that pelvic floor therapy! It’ll fix everything! Get some beforehand, you’ll have ZERO complications!”

I totally wouldn’t be surprised if these threads are haunted by SRS-less fetichists who get off on luring idiots into life crushing surgeries.

Considering the extensive medical problems reported by people who were put on puberty blockers for legitimate reasons (i.e early puberty) I'd say pretty much all of them. On top of that she's been taking cross sex hormones, and has had multiple experimental surgeries performed on her by surgeons who're not too bothered by the whole "Hippocratic Oath" shit.

She's effectively destroyed her body with this shit, just like people with a long running drug addiction end up destroying theirs. She's not munching; she's profoundly, permanently fucked up and she is going to die young.

One last thing about Gruffin, was going over some posts of hers, AND HOLY SHIT CAN YOU BE MORE FEMBRAINED?!?

Her instagram posts were basically briefly mentioning INSERT HORRIBLE HEALTH THING followed by a long word salad about “accepting her body” and “feeling comfortable in her body”.

Very masc!

The issues she is reporting are pretty real. It was a cascade of events that make perfect sense once you put everything together

Basically:
Rot dog surgery > causes a bunch of UTI's > treatment for those causes acute kidney failure > heart attack as a complication of hyperkalemia caused by said kidney failure > acute kidney failure turns into chronic, I assume the antibiotics and NSAIDs fucked her nephrons > suddenly her kidneys stop working completely, goes into end stage renal disease > has to have dialysis 2 times a week (I suppose) so she doesnt die > dialysis changes the osmotic pressure and liquid volume in her veins and leaves her prone to bleeding > brain hemorrage (we are here)

What comes next is either a kidney transplant (her best bet but then she might have other complications related to it), death due to hyperkalemia fucking her heart (or something similar as a direct result of the kidney failure), or death from a bigger hemorrage caused by the frequent dialysis

Looking at Gruffin’s posts, I can’t help but be thankful over how merciful God is. Even to those who mock his perfect creation like Gruffin.

A cruel god would have given her the mental bandwidth and IQ to process just how much she has fucked up her life. Yet thankfully, Griffin is too dumb for this and not capable of this little bit of introspection.

Instead, while she sometimes shows brief glimpses of ALMOST getting it, the cruel truth: “I did this to myself!” Is always juuust out of her mental reach.

I dont think she'll ever truly understand what the phallo did to her unless she somehow survives to her 30s or 40s as a renal patient, she might notice by then that she lost her prime years to a single elective surgery to get a pseudo penis that doesn't even work anyway.

But she'll only live that long if she manages to get a donor kidney. People that depend on dialysis dont usually live long, the survival rate of 5 years seem to be 30% or something.

Pretty sure the survival rate is fairly high, though I could be wrong.

But obviously, this is besides the point. Her immune system (and circulatory system) likely got fucked up by all the puberty blockers and hormones, so even if some folks can live for decades with dialysis, she won’t.

I don’t know what’s more tragic.

Dying as a wreck of a person before 40… Or dying and only leaving behind a jpg of a funny looking rotdog to remember you.

Since this thread lately has been all about our pal Gruffin, I thought it'd be a good time to repost her Tentacle Dick pics and show all you (old and new) Kiwis what got Gruffin where she's now:

This monstrosity and the famed, mythical trans rite "stand to pee" are the reason for all her current health problems. She literally sacrificed her body and health to pass a piss stream through this lump of misshapen arm flesh sewn to her crotch.

Why do we rely and brute strength when there are so many tools at our disposal?

When you're physically capable it gives you lots of confidence. People really underestimate how your physical state can change the way you think/influence it. (Which is why you should hit the gym.) I think it's a monkey brain thing, not necessarily logical.
Tools at our disposal means we know how to use them. I didn;t know what a left hand drill was used for before i started my male dominated job. My machine had a rebuild and i made the decision to switch the u-joints off one end off a couple of drivelines because pressing u-joints out are kind of a process. I had no idea what the fuck any of that meant before I started this job. When I first started my boss said "yeah just use the cutting torch to cut that in half." I had never been in a building with a cutting torch before. Tools does not equal knowledge. "Brute force and ignorance" can only get you so far.

Now that I have not just the tools but the knowledge of how to use them at my disposal, I'm a super confident bitch about shit I shouldn't be. I realized that 80% of the men i work with are like idk lets just brute force and fuck and and find out.
Endurance is a part of strength.
Yeah endurance. I had to hold up a 2 inch pipe for 10 mins so the hydraulics guy could get the thing fitted properly. My hydraulic guy loves me. Not because I know everything hydraulic like he does, but because I give the effort to try.

While I don't think about this stuff at work, after work when I'm reading the forum I'm constantly thinking "wow these trannies could never put up with my job". At the same time, I think 'what the fuck how could they live with them selves after these surgeries and do it multiple times'. Endurance goes both ways I guess.

AdriTrap is 3 weeks post OP and reporting wound separation on his ditch.

I'm just looking for a bit of reassurance. I had surgery with Dr. Ting in New York about 3 weeks ago. I've been in contact with them and the visiting nurse server that have all said it's totally fine, but I'm still nervous. The labia majora is completely disconnected from the bottom and the labia minora also appears to be separated from the bottom of the opening. (As well as a little bit of hyper granulation.) I just wanted to know if anyone's had it this bad and if so how it turned out. I know all the medical staff are telling me it's fine and I trust them, but my anxiety is still really high. I'm trying to keep off my feet and do what they tell me. I'm cautious to size up to the next dilator (am on Blue/2, can tolerate Green/3 without bleeding) for fear of antagonizing it. Can anyone just reaffirm what the nurses are saying?

Yeah, it's totally fine bro.

This thread has ruined me, I used to be too squeamish to even look at pics like this but now it's another day ending in Y.

I agree. There was a time, not too very long ago when I would skip over spoilers. Too gross. Now I'm zooming in on the gore, trying to identify the bits and wondering what the various coloured sludgy stuff is.
