Basically:
Rot dog surgery > causes a bunch of UTI's > treatment for those causes acute kidney failure > heart attack as a complication of hyperkalemia caused from said kidney failure > acute kidney failure turns into chronic, I assume the antibiotics and NSAIDs fucked her nephrons > suddenly her kidneys stop working completely, goes into end stage renal disease > has to have dialysis 2 times a week (I suppose) so she doesnt die > dialysis changes the osmotic pressure and liquid volume in her veins and leaves her prone to bleeding > brain hemorrage (we are here)
What comes next is either a kidney transplant (her best bet but then she might have other complications related to it), death due to hyperkalemia fucking her heart (or something similar as a direct result of the kidney failure), or death from a bigger hemorrage caused by the frequent dialysis
