For advocating the death penalty for pedophiles. Tim really hates that.

Tim is fine grifting on the idea of really pushing the pedophile angle with what happened and adjacent things, but heaven forbid someone say that the government should have the death penalty for convicted pedophiles, then it's a call to violence in his eyes.

I mean, it's not. No worse ethically than the death penalty we already got for murder. Pretty sure that's a law FL is trying to establish.

I can't remember the name of the female guest, but I recognized her voice. She was on the show in the past, and it seems like her entire personality is to try sounding as "based" as possible. When the stream abruptly ended, I was left assuming that she must have said that troons should all be thrown into death camps or something.

The Mr. Beast story being brought up annoyed me for a couple reasons: first, because the previous segment was just Tim droning endlessly about "malthusians convinced society that having kids is bad and now society is falling apart," then the male guest was given about ten seconds to provide an anecdote about something his mother had experienced before Tim abruptly ended that conversation by switching to the Mr. Beast thing.

And secondly, because I remembered when Alex Stein was the guest and he brought up the Dr. Disrespect story, which Tim immediately sneered at. I'm paraphrasing, but he said something along the lines of, "I don't know anything about Dr. Disrespect, I live in a different world, I'm following a story about an attempted coup in Bolivia, I don't follow twitch streamers." But somehow, with Biden dropping out and the Secret Service director being summoned to appear before congress, he managed to find the time to learn about this drama surrounding a person associated with a youtuber and devote time on his show to cover it.

Crossposting this from the Destiny thread, Phil Labonte continues to make fun of Destiny for being skinnyfat and suggests he accidentally helped the Republican in a previous Georgia election.

Tim Pool orbiter Phil Labonte has a new shirt, inspired by Destiny's skinnyfat body.

Phil is also alleging that one of Destiny's canvassing efforts in Georgia was a complete fuckup where they accidentally knocked on doors for likely Republican voters. Lycan shows up to say theirs was one of the top canvassing events for that election, and some nobody chimes in to basically repeat what Phil said, but also allude to the Mark Gudgel/Omaha Mayor drama from 2021.

I haven't seen any evidence to support what Phil is saying but it would be pretty fucking funny if that were true.

Tim has become quite the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. supporter, after he appeared on that episode. He states it was a "ploy" for Biden to remain in the race long enough to stymie RFK Jr.'s chances, boldly claiming the gravel-voiced guy "would have" won the Democratic nomination:

Tim declares "That's murder" to the shooting of Sonya Massey. Regardless of what one may think of the shooting, I am surprised Tim; who believes that the Secret Service conspired to let the shooter attempt to assassinate Donald Trump, & the DNC conspired to prevent RFK Jr. from having a chance to run in their primary; does not question this story going viral at this specific moment. It is a news story of an ostensibly unarmed black woman, who called the police over a robber breaking into her home, being shot by a white cop with a Vegvísir tattoo which people are now using to claim the cop is a white supremacist. Just as a black-skinned woman is the presumptive nominee of the Democratic party ahead of its convention, one month from the time of this post. I was expecting Tim to label this the second coming of Blessed Saint Floyd, & promoted exclusively to undercut Donald Trump surviving the assassination attempt, in combination with Biden leaving the race:

As @TheRaptorJesus said, Tim took down the episode from YouTube after Valentina Gomez, one of the Republican candidates for Missouri Secretary of State, said that pedophiles should be publicly executed, & starts to imply she would happily perform them, before being cut off. @Nicole E. Eggert is correct that Valentina seems to use these public forums to garner attention via over-the-top actions & rhetoric, such as burning books with a flamethrower over their pornographic content being exposed to children, saying "Don't be weak & gay", etc.

Tim has seemingly learned not to play games with luring people to pay for access to an episode that is taken down, by posting it to Rumble, in the early morning hours. The Discord overlay, which appeared after the show was taken off YouTube, expressed agreement with Valentina's statements about wishing for a return of public executions for nonces, woodchipper jokes, etc.

Hannah & Shane were the co-hosts.
Though something I noticed is that Serge, the tech guy, no longer has a camera feed. I had not seen him, or Kallen, the other tech guy, during the RNC episodes, but accredited this to resource limitations for on-location shows. Seems the last vestiges of Lydia's mark on the show is slowly slipping away.

Clip Collection:
-Talk about Dr. Disrespect? No, that is beneath the beanie & mere gossip mongering, says Tim. But talk about the trooned-out nonce from Mr. Beast's channel? Well, he simply has to discuss it, as that affects "the entirety of the social media, ah...uh...economy, I guess":

-Again, Tim does not indulge in unfounded conspiracies, but shall go at length stating Kamala Harris specifically said "recording", which she did not, & using a signature analysis he found on "X" to bolster his theory Joe Biden is incapacitated:

-Tim manages to tie young women being employed at a local ice cream store into his "Malthusian" conspiracy to lower the birth rate via women's liberation, only to further expand this into why skateboarding is dying & he is seeing overall culture stagnation:

-It appears Tim just excised the entire segment discussing Chris Tyson's grooming allegations & the lead-up to cutting the show from the Rumble re-upload. Here is the audio clip of what Valentina said to prompt Tim to pull things down. I am saddened, as I always enjoy hearing Tim bemoan how unfair that his guest forces him to take things down & knowing Valentina, she would have entertainingly explosive replies to Tim trying to shame her:

The Rumble re-upload immediately jump cuts into a new segment discussing Elon Musk's regret at allowing his son to troon out:

-I will say, while I am an unabashed Ian appreciator, some people take their love of Our Graphene Guy to strange places:
noble.png
noble1.png

-There is something very funny about Tim speaking critically of millennial adults being "permanent children", as he is the man spending millions of dollars on a private skate park for him & his friends to show off, all while not starting a family of his own:

-After the cut, Valentina is notably less willing to speak up, so we can only wonder how the exchange went down once the cameras cut. Though a chatter asks that they "take the control beanie off the girl & let her speak for a change":
talking down0.png
talking down .5.png
talking down.png

-Tim removes his drone expert beanie to don his ballistics analysis one, saying the attempted assassin must not have used 5.56 calibre rounds, as "it's a high velocity round" & "produce a vacuum, as they shoot past the target. That causes damage, too". Tim claims Trump may not have even been directly shot, & this vacuum would "rip the flesh off" as if he were:

-The stream posted to Rumble ends with someone correcting Tim's bullet theorising, noting a test video that attempted to replicate the shot, which allegedly proved there was not enough "material" for more damage to be done:

Bonus Bits:
-Early in the episode, Tim went off on the ever-accelerating series of big news stories breaking, & I like to imagine he thought he sounded like that gimpy bloke from Pacific Rim, due to his fatal levels of pop culture innundation:

But somehow, with Biden dropping out and the Secret Service director being summoned to appear before congress, he managed to find the time to learn about this drama surrounding a person associated with a youtuber and devote time on his show to cover it.
It was a stupid segment because there wasn't enough evidence right now to really judge what happened. If it's just a 13 year old being in a group server with 20 year olds who post like, part of the Vaporeon copypasta or shout "Eat a dick!" when they lose at games, then... that's not grooming, just trash talk and youth edginess. Tim definitely made it seem like this person was recruiting children for sex, but I saw no suggestion of that in other reports. Wouldn't surprise me if Tim is soft on the Dr. Disrespect one because it's het, even if it later came out it was actually direct sexting and not just... being in a public meme channel with some naughty jokes.

Still, that woman saying "I think they should have public executions for convicted pedophiles" is not a call to violence. I think FL actually does have the death penalty for pedophilia now. I don't think wanting executions to be public is strange, it's something that happens globally, it's been a part of US history. Plenty of non-pussy channels on Youtube have discussed the nuances of the Death Penalty. It's not saying you will take mob justice, it's just discussion of the enforcement of a state punishment. It's no worse than saying thieves should be locked in jail, or that you approve of three strike laws.

None of this would have happened if Tim didn't immediately jump to this being pedophilia, which was a stretch from what was known at the time, so he was either fluffing up the details or jumping the gun so he could beat one of his favorite drums. Maybe more will come out showing it was individually targetting this kid, but Tim crying wolf so early only reduces the impact of such concerns.

Tim had Andrew Bailey, Attorney General for Missouri, as the guest.
Hannah & Ian were the co-hosts.

Andrew is part of a case against New York state, claiming that their lawsuits against Donald Trump are interfering with the 2024 election. He was given decent air time to discuss the case, as well as offer some information on how suits are brought to the Supreme Court, what actions can be taken, etc. Though I have to ask just how much Tim shall internalise, or just conveniently forget them by the next episode.

Clip Collection:
-Tim asks if it was difficult for Andrew to endorse Donald Trump, or were there people in the Republican Party pushing back on it. Andrew says he did not experience any pressure, & notes how Trump brings more people into the GOP. Tim points to Ian, saying "You're voting for Trump, right?". Ian responds, "The Jury's out, man", which Tim claims means that Ian is voting for Trump. Not sure if Ian is listening to Nick Fuentes a bit too much, or just being ambivalent to trip up Tim:

-Tim has been critical of conservative state's attorney generals not engaging in the kind of lawfare New York is. Andrew explains why some states lack the ability to engage in the kind of lawsuits Tim wishes to see, & how Missouri's unique situation allows for him to be more proactive:

-When Ian questions how the Supreme Court heard Missouri's lawsuit, while out of session, Andrew explains that despite not being in session to hear appeals, these sorts of "original actions" are not so restricted:

-Tim brings up the Supreme Court refusing to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania, where Andrew explains why they were hesitant to re-do an election & why the Missouri case has a much better chance of being heard:

-Apparently, the stream cut out due to YouTube going down, this episode, not Tim yanking any cables over verboten topics:

-Tim argues that due to Wikipedia not specifically listing who made, or edited, a page clearly, it opens up someone to sue them as publishers. Tim argues users editing pages to insert potentially libelous additions, is publishing "a statement from the user":

-When a super-chatter named 'Tim is Controlled Opposition" says they are voting for Kamala Harris if she "turns on Israel", which Tim regards as an "America Last" position if you are willing to support such a candidate just because they will reject a nation you oppose:

-A super-chatter informs Tim of Steven Bonnell claiming Tim favricated his story from the no-go zones in Sweden. Tim says Steven is "having a mental breakdown" & lumps him in with "low tier e-drama streamers", to be below his consideration. Tim says he is uninterested in hearing people talk about him & wants to focus upon the news:

Bonus Bits:
-It appears lack of hair makes you support Israel, while an abundance of hair makes you more Israel skeptical. Tim remains sycophantic to the Jewish State, while Ian, & now Adam Crigler, are less enamored with it:

He states it was a "ploy" for Biden to remain in the race long enough to stymie RFK Jr.'s chances, boldly claiming the gravel-voiced guy "would have" won the Democratic nomination
I was going to post about this, too, after reading the transcript from last night’s episode. This is delusional. RFK Jr has been polling poorly since his announcement and if you think the VaxMax Dems would be swayed towards RFK Jr’s antivax stance, you’re fucking dumb.

only to further expand this into why skateboarding is dying & he is seeing overall culture stagnation
Tim can’t accept that people just don’t give a shit about skateboarding anymore, so he has to tie into some kind of conspiracy. Off road, dirt track racing used to be big in the 90’s, but nobody cares anymore. It happens. Trends emerge and decline.

think FL actually does have the death penalty for pedophilia now.
They do.

On December 14, 2023, Lake County, Florida prosecutors announced they are seeking the death penalty for a man accused of committing the sexual battery of a minor under the age of twelve. A statement from the office of State Attorney William Gladson said the decision reflects the “severity of the crime and its impact on the community.” Earlier this year, Governor Ron DeSantis signed legislation that expands death penalty eligibility to those convicted of sex crimes against children. This is the first case in which Florida prosecutors have sought a death sentence under the new law.

Edit - I assume this has been mentioned, but I find it funny that Tim, who prides himself as being in the know on YouTube algorithm gaming and SEO, is now finding out about the benefits of double dipping live streaming his TimNews rants and then posting clips as segments. Lawyer, Robert Gouviea, does this for his channel and several others do, too. It allows for those sweet super chat bucks, live stream views and further views of the clipped segments, maximizing profit potential.

Maybe this will cut down on Tim verbatim repeating his TimNews talking points on IRL, but I doubt it. Tim loves beating horses to death.

I'm surprised it wasn't Polk County first. Just about every time Sheriff Grady Judd announces a major sex trafficking or pedo hunt bust, there's at least one Disney employee. Somehow, Orlando's turned the area into an all-you-can-catch buffet for the MAP contingent.

Lake County, like Polk County, borders Orange County - which means nothing until one remembers where Disney World and several other Disney properties are located.

I hadn't seen this posted, but here's Tim's response to the criticism that Tim has become a 90s era skate park super villain. Archived because I think the conflict around Tim buying the DIY skatepark is WAY more interesting than his political content and most likely to produce the sweet, spergy lolcow milk that we all know Tim is capable of.

Highlights, not particularly in order:
- Claims the left is lying about the situation
- Lots of sperging (and I mean LOTS) about how skateboarding is dying and he's trying to save it.
- At one point he scans through a video by the Gifted Hater explaining what's in it before quickly caveating that "I did not watch the video".
- He's defends the "repairs" of the skatepark he funded being shit jobs because it's "DIY". (I'm a layman and it looks like absolute shit, but know nothing about concrete work. It looks mid-process and for all I know they just hadn't smoothed it out yet before taking a pic.)
- Scooter Cope that the reason scooters are replacing skating is because scooter culture is less toxic.
- Humblebrag about paying salaries for various skaters.
- Promotes his Boonies project.
- Insists he's talking with the "Heads of Industry in Skateboarding and some of the most prominent skateboarders, people with large amounts of followers"
- Uses a comment by calling it "astute" to suggest he was giving away the prize money because he already intended on buying/fixing up the skatepark. (If there is anything that following Rekieta has taught me, it's that smarter than thou internet e-celebs like to lie by suggesting something without technically saying it, I don't think there was ever a plan. Maybe a vague inclination, but never a plan.)

Something I've noticed in the few TimNews bits I've recently listened to is Tim has started stating "i'm not dumb/stupid." One of the things I've noticed during my years is that smart people don't need to/want to say they're smart and are more often to downplay or dismiss their intelligence. (an old joke about MENSA is that it's the smartest group of idiots you'll ever meet) I think it's because, honestly, everyone is dumb on certain topics or to varying degrees. It takes a sense of introspection and intelligence to realize one's faults and shortcomings. It's far too often the midwits that like to proclaim that they're not stupid.

Regarding the popularity of skateboarding, it's just how things go and I think Tim is viewing skateboarding in a microcosm. The Tony Hawk games catapulted it into the mainstream, but skateboarding was always, prior and afterwards, a niche and fairly underground culture. Outside of the Tony Hawk craze, skateboarding was never hugely popular or mainstream. 80's movies would use "the skateboarder kid" as a trope for the weird, outsider delinquent for a reason. It's also something that is tied to being juvenile. It's associated with teenage delinquents that smoked, drank and vandalized property. To use D&D alignment, it's the realm of chaotic personalities, most often being chaotic neutral. It's not counterculture as much as deeply underground culture. You don't want to attract attention because that invites trouble.

I can sympathize with wanting a niche interest to have more interest and popularity, but there is always a downside to that. Notably, that you will get lots of people that you don't like coming into your previously small. tight circle. Undesirables, if you will. You go from the Cheers aspect of "everybody knows your name" to this mass of disparate nobodies. It's like those that seek fame: they see the glamor of it all and pine for the perks, but then find themselves crushed and downtrodden by the trappings.

As for concrete, it's fucking fickle. Over time, it will corrode and crack from shifts in the soil, use and weathering. Weeds will find any little crevice and grow, causing more and more issues. You can fill in, but that's only a temporary fix and it will get worse and worse over time. Eventually, every few decades or so, you will need to demo huge slabs and replace them, which is extremely expensive, and can compromise other nearby slabs. Typical lifespan for concrete slabs is 20-40 years, depending on type of and frequency of use. Furthermore, not all concrete is made equal. Some grades are finer and smoother than others due to treatments and difference in materials. The finer a finish, the more expensive are the materials and the more specialized the labor. Any retard can slab some concrete to make a pathway that will last 10 years. It takes a real craftsman to make a finely smoothed surface you would want for ideal skateboarding. All sorts of factors play into concrete's longevity, notably drainage and weather differential. Climates with wide swings in temperature, such as West Virginia, are more likely to develop cracks and foundational issues. Depending on how long ago the concrete there has been laid, Tim could be sitting on a timebomb that will require 1-2 million in repair costs. Considering it's taken him 2 years to build a coffee shop, I can't imagine how long it would take him to tear up and replace thousands of square feet of concrete slab and replace it with highly specialized and treated concrete laid by knowledgeable professionals.

Tim had Rachel Wilson, as the guest.
Hannah & Ian were the co-hosts.

The panel did a running commentary of the address from President Joe Biden, which occupied the first 20 minutes.

Clip Collection:
-Tim begins going on a long diatribe, which Ian attempts to interrupt & summarise, but Tim insists on finishing it:

-Tim is dreading talking about Kamala Harris, & sounds disinterested. Ian is trying to avoid just hating Harris as it "feed into her campaign", though he is now having nightmares about Trump being assassinated & Harris becomes a dictator:

-Tim seems to think that U.S. presidential primaries were run as it is, now, & candidates chosen by "special political elite appointees" is some novel aberration. It was only in 1912 that the first direct vote was held for a state's presidential primary, in North Dakota. It based upon an earlier system instituted by Oregon. Much like directly voting for their senators, which was amended into the U.S. Constitution with the Seventeenth Amendment, this was a product of the Progressive Era, & the "elite appointees" which Tim derides were those choosing a party's candidate for the highest office, not the hoi pilloi such as the beanie boy, for the 125 years of the nation's history before that:

-Now, I have to call out Ian for making even more obvious historical errors. Ian thought the U.S. Civil War happened in the 1840's, which Tim does correct. But then, Ian claims Theodore Roosevelt won on a third-party candidacy in 1912, which was wrong. Roosevelt did out do the Republican candidate, William H. Taft, but still lost to Woodrow Wilson. Tim did not know enough to correct him, here:

-Tim talks about John Oliver making fun of Donald Trump's family changing their name from "Drumpf". Tim notes that his ancestors used to have the last name "Bingenheimer" which was changed to "Bingham". Apropos of nothing, Bingenheimer is a German-Jewish surname, which I am sure the Nick Fuentes fans shall pounce upon:

-Tim brings up an exchange between Mary Morgan & Pearl Davis, regarding pre-martial sex. Tim made an off-hand comment about Pearl "not telling anyone what to do". This was right after saying how he does not want to talk about drama farmers, & their ilk, last episode:

-After Tim brings up people saying aliens interfered in the assassination of Donald Trump to save him, Ian begins talking about spirits making Trump move his head enough to avoid the bullet. Ian begins going full barmy, talking about God being like an ocean & the spirits that move us are the boats upon the ocean which we ride, but Tim has to insert his usual simulation theory talk, which leads into a Rick & Morty reference:

-Tim gets a super-chat noting the beanie's lack of criticism for Benjamin Netanyahu's speech to a sycophantic Congress, while he was far more critical of Vladimir Zelenskyy, when he did the same. Tim claims this is another example of Israel Derangement Syndrome, comparing it to the super-chatter that claimed they would vote for Kamala Harris is she became anti-Israel. Ian tries to explain it by saying concern for Israel's place as a "lynchpin" in "the military industrial complex" is valid, but not to blame all Israelis. Tim says it is just "derangement":

-A super-chatter corrects Ian on his Teddy Roosevelt history, which leads into Serge teasing him off-camera. Ian jokes that Serge should get a microphone, so even he is unaware why the format was changed to exclude him. Rachel notes Ian has "some dedicated haters", but Ian responds with how he can be a polarising figure. Tim diverts the topic from Ian into what he regards as the best insult on the show, which came from Milo Yiannopoulos deriding Ron DeSantis:

-Tim wraps up the episode with someone super-chatting whether Tim shall have on "a competent advocate" to debate with him over Israel. Tim claims a guest bringing up Israel when a questioner asks about the opioid crisis, during the after-show, is an example of how it is "Israel Derangement Syndrome" & not based in genuine criticisms:

I don't know why it happened, but I think it was around the time they got the new studio setup going that Serge was removed.

Tim had Brilynd Hollyhand, chairman of the RNC's Youth Advisory Council, as the guest.
Hannah & Libby were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim started using the phrase "be the snowflake in that avalanche" of support for the show to gin up memberships. Because being called a snowflake is such a positive within online political discourse:

-Libby compares the "giggling" reaction to replacing Joe Biden with Kamala Harris to the two children that committed the Slenderman killing. Tim is confused by this comparison, & grows concerned about the mental health of teenage girls when Hannah brings up another killing perpetrated by young women against a friend:

-Tim admits he was never planning to go into the RNC, at all, during the on-the-ground episodes. The show was filmed outside the "the perimeter". The only reason the Branch Timidians could access the actual convention was due to Libby facilitating them getting passes, with Tim having no idea how he got them. Tim says the RNC did not invite him out, after fans asked him if they did. Brilynd notes this flies in the face of Republicans advocating for alternative media to be promoted:

-Brilynd says "'24 is going to be the first TikTok election" & Trump posting on that platform reaches more people. Tim thinks "the views aren't real", citing "industry stuff" as his source. This leads into Tim discussing how sponsors will not accept ad reads on TikTok. Tim says they stopped multi-streaming due to looking at "the back end", where all the views do not "convert" the same way as on YouTube, or on iTunes/Spotify for his show. This means we are unlikely to see more mutli-streams, in the future:

-Tim describes how costly it was to get fiber optic-based internet out to the western Maryland studio, & pays "$3000 a month" for it:

-Tim threatens everyone with a good time, by comparing Kamala Harris taking all the money donated to Joe Biden, to Tim raising money promising a show featuring himself, only to hand it all over to Ian to host & walk away:

-A super-chatter asks Tim to not call his funders "snowflakes", Tim becomes a little snow-flaky after this saying his supporters are all "unique & beautiful snowflakes" & "we are here to be positive...whatever":
