It's still really early in the process. Court bullshit takes forever. It could easily take a year before anything interesting happens. I think this Florida case he's dealing with is just a warm up anyways. He swatted congress people and federal judges so I would imagine he'll be indicted federally too and the Florida case is just to keep him locked up and occupied while the government gets their case together. Sorry for the DP but it won't let me edit the last post. Anyways just wanted to make an observation. We all know that Mr. Filion swatted Marjorie Taylor Greene in August 2022, and immediately after the swatting, another call was placed to emergency services pinning the swatting on AltisticRight. After he outed Patrick Tomlinson for being his most frequent customer who eventually stiffed him, Filion made the wild accusation that Patrick was the one who ordered the MTG swatting. This claim that Patrick was responsible for this swatting was seen as a major blow to Filion's credibility, even though the vast majority of people at that point believed that Patrick was behind the swattings to his own residence. People who don't think Pat had anything to do with the MTG swatting will bring up the following issues:

• Why on earth would Fatso blame KF and not OnA?
• Why would he frame it on AltisticRight, who only had like 2 posts in his 1000+ page thread?

Some things to keep in mind:

• Fatso's first actual swatting (the Craigslist pepperoni ad doesn't count) took place on 25 July 2022 (https://new.onaforums.net/threads/shooting-at-the-hovel.19530/)
• MTG was swatted almost exactly 1 month later on 24 August 2022. This was also at the height of the #DropKiwiFarms fiasco.
• At this time, Patrick has been swatted something like 2-4 times. The majority of people do not yet believe that he is behind these swattings. The OnA crew believe that a psycho Kiwi is doing it, and the Kiwis believe that it's one of the OnA people. Josh appeared on Destiny's stream around this time and voiced this opinion.

Now that Fatso has been swatted well over 50 times, and his history of confirmed and likely false flags is known to people, the vast majority of people believe that he also likely ordered the swats to his house. If we are to revisit the MTG swatting and make the case that Fatso ordered that one, I believe that there are valid explanations for the 2 issues most people have with it:

• The reason he framed KF and not OnA was that it would be too "on the nose" and it would draw too much attention to himself. The majority of OnA believed the 2-4 swats he endured were ordered by a Kiwi. If MTG got swatted and the swatter called back and said "BTW I'm Quasi101 the guy Patrick Tomlinson owes $33k to, have a nice day", it would be way too obvious. OnA is a very small community with zero motivation to swat a sitting Republican Congresswoman. This also occurred at the height of #DropKiwiFarms, so it would be a major blow to the site which also happens to have a thriving community of people who laugh at his embarrassing internet antics.
• If Pat did it, this was a test. He wanted to see if he could successfully frame somebody with one of these swats. If successful, he would have waited a few months, then he would do it again, this time framing Quasi.
• Why AltisticRight though? Well, if you go to the "Members" tab at the top of the page (https://kiwifarms.st/members/), on the right side you see a list of KiwiFarms staff members. AltisticRight is one of the first people on the list because his username starts with the letter A. Pat probably just glanced at the list and picked the most provocative-sounding one.

It didn't matter who it was. This was a test, and he just wanted to see if he could successfully frame someone. If successful, he would have done it to Quasi in order to dodge the debt and finally get that sweet W over the people trolling him who successfully defended themselves against his embarrassing lolsuit.

Nah.
1. The person who swatted MTG was Sektur-adjacent (Alan), right next to that paedophile spik Corey Barnhill simp "Distinguished Toastmaster" (he has like a dozen more socks). They picked me because I refused to mop up users like CX and apparently they think I'm a Metokur fan. I've mocked his fans, I've even made fun of mods of the IF board at the time for deleting comments critical to the cancerman.
2. Another reason they picked her was her association with Nicholas Fuentes (my guess), which was also a board I looked after at the time. It has been merged with this one because AF is dead.
3. Pat is definitely a lolcow but unless with good evidence, I'm not buying the claims that he swatted himself, or threw a paint bucket onto his own lawn, or got someone to steal his chairs.
4. I think someone from their gay swatting group tried to claim Pat placed the call, I'm not sure.

I'll just say this. I enjoy Patty as a cow but I rarely post about him because some of his ayelawgs are the most delusional and dense fuckers out there. That idiot has clearly been subjected to pestering but whenever some trolls are pulled off, they immediately claim "he did it to himself" and refuse to see clear reasons why they're wrong. It's fucking gay, he brings this onto himself but he doesn't deserve it.
