looks like a really nice place to live ngl
Not saying you should buy that house.

But if you did, as a fan of Flags I am sure you would love to have a Kiwi Farms flag to proudly fly above your home....I am sure Nick wouldn't seethe at the Kiwi Farms logo proudly flying every day...

I'm lowkey kind of mad, 450k would barely get you a tiny 2-bedroom apartment in a shitty neighborhood where I live (Amsterdam). You Americans have got it so good when it comes to property prices. Nick is a piece of shit but I'm ngl, that is an amazing property in an incredible location that he's selling for pocket change. I know Nick lives in the middle of nowhere but he has to be underselling it's value. Even in the states this property has to be worth way more than 450k.
450k is alot even by American Standards.

I bought a 3 bedroom house and an Acre of land for around 200k a couple years ago. And that was an extreme markup from when the property was sold a few years prior for around 100k.

The house that's for sale is the one Nick and Kayla own jointly. Given that he wanted to sell that house before this all blew up, there's a good chance the financial pressure is coming largely from the Montagraph legal action and the mortgage which was taken out on their current house.
On this note, the Barneswalker likely won't total as much as Randazza has cost him so far, and we aren't even into discovery on the Monty case. Many criminal defense attorneys are a bit more cost-conscious than civil attorneys, and I doubt Rekieta is going to get a chance to have an appeal heard. The Randazza appeal was also a really thorny issue, too, which I'm sure ran up the cost.

hey! these look familiar!

Maybe this was the house where the shower calls are made, it has a comfortable shower-chair and you will forever be accompanied by those hiroshima nuclear shadows during those tense minutes your BFF from Serbia doesn't reply back.

There's a lot of awful parts to the motion, and I would definitely be angry if my trust fund had paid for the unforced error and brain-damaging quotations. But given the fundamental soundness of the warrant, isn't a terrible motion to suppress inevitable?
An unavailing one, perhaps, but there's no real excuse for it being this dogshit.

You guys make everything so complicated. Obviously the sidechick is moving into the main house and Nick has no reason to keep the old one. That’s it.
You apparently missed the several times it was mentioned, since the featured post went up, that he was looking to sell it to Aaron. Thread has known about that for a while. He's been looking to offload it for a while now. A while that coincides with his financial reversal of fortune.

Did they go dumpster diving for those chairs?
I noticed that too.

1. They are ugly as fuck. They look like shit out of the 1970s. Right down to the awful color.
2. They look like they were chewed on by some animal.

As to the second point, perhaps it was a raccoon? That would explain a lot, actually!

any chance of crowdfunding the buying of this house for Kiwi HQ?
Assuming we put down 20% ($90k) and financed the rest ($360k) at current 7% interest for 30yrs the monthly note would be $2413. At the end of the 30 years we would've paid $963,680.

Just a couple years ago when rates were 3% the monthly note would've only been $1518 and the total after 30 years would've only been $636,480 at the same $450k asking price with 20% down.

That Kiwi Frens is today's lesson in how interest rates are going to collapse the housing market.

(EDIT: forgot to add the $90k down payment to the final total at 3% rates]

The second house is not subdivided onto its own parcel so I'm curious how folks think you can sell that house and not the whole property. Pretty sure $450K is for all 7 acres and everything on it.

In Nicks' head, he and Null are still friends. Sure, they're in a rough patch right now, but that's because Null doesn't understand social cues.
I'm sure he thinks Null is being retarded, like Drexel.
Very odd timing.

Either money is tight or there's trouble in the thruple.

Or maybe both

But Nick's family is rich. So why sell the house?
Nick's father made a weird comment in court about how they had made travel plans costing thousands which they could cancel if they had to (but clearly didn't want to). It seemed like an odd comment from someone wealthy. Why would they care about losing a few thousand when there's a family crisis.

They have money but I haven't really seen much indication that they're willing to throw it around to resolve this. Where are the hot shot Minnesota lawyers, the commercial cleaners, the paid housekeeper, etc?
Even if somehow all charges are dropped and he gets out of this scott free with his marriage intact and full custody of his kids, he still has to live in and raise his children in a tiny town of ~1,000 people who now think know he is an alcoholic, coke fiend, sexual degenerate, unfit parent and generally retarded. Even in total victory he has to get the fuck out of Spicer.
I don't think Nick gives a shit about his reputation in Spicer. I doubt he interacts with the town folk much at all.
Wonder what happened to moving his parents into the spare house so he could get muh keedz back on his property? Also why is he putting up photos of a house where his kids potentially live at? I thought that would pose some sort of danger to them and could jeopardize his CHIPS case.
I don't recall that being Nick's idea or even something he'd grudgingly tolerate.

I think that half the houses I see for sale are hideous but someone else would find them appealing. Someone will want that one.
