Cross posting from the Aaron Imholte thread regarding his recent harassment restraining order shenanigans (that coincidentally had a court date the same week as the Rekieta case). TLDR he pled guilty, was fined a trivial sum of $135, and sentenced to 90 days jail stayed for 1 year.
For now that concludes the Imholte tangent introduced by @MNPublicRecords earlier this thread. I don't think this will be brought up again unless there are additional pertinent document drops or, in the event Rekieta's case has a trial, it's used byhim er, his lawyer to impinge Imholte's credibility as a witness, should Imholte be called.

Alleged results of Aaron's day in court, supposing this is reportage from one of Patrick's confederates:

The @AaronImholte court hearing details:
- Aaron pled guilty and will pay $135 (a $50 fine and court costs.)
- His sentence is 90 days in jail, stayed for one year
- He must not violate that restraining order again (lol he will on tonight’s show) and remain law abiding for one year to avoid jail
- He was booked and there should be a mugshot
- Prosecutor made a point in court that what he had plead guilty to was considered an enhancible offense which meant if future harrassment/restraining order violations the penalties would be enhanced. Aaron and his lawyer didn't seem to know this
- As part of pleading guilty, Aaron described his violation as "on a blogcast I host i mentioned and criticized the person who had the protection order against me.” Said he made jokes which he was not proud of. Stated he was not in same mindset today as he was then and the relationship between him and victim was better than before and that he took responsibility for his actions.
- When he left court he thanked the judge
TL;DR a firm slap on the wrist
