I feel like I haven't seen this posted in the thread yet, Dick Masterson had a Rekieta segment during his show this week where he presents his version of what happened (neither Rekieta's story nor the truth). Sean the Audio Engineer was given a very brief synopsis from their listeners in Discord pre-show, and is a bit surprised to hear Dick refute everything, though for context Sean doesn't really believe much of anything of what Dick says on the show nowadays.

I think the full segment is worth watching, but I included two clips in particular where Dick provides "context" surrounding Rekieta's custody stipulations as well.

Thats hard water, its not uncommon in certain areas, especially rural areas that use wellwater. It comes about because of minerals in the water. Your clothes would be fine, as would any other use of water, so long as you get it tested for any heavy metals and the like every few years. It also takes a LONG time to build up. Like, years and years, its a very slow process, especially when it gets that bad. Its more a symptom of desperation (not properly cleaning or replacing the tub) than a symptom of serious issues with the plumbing.

Slight PL but I've lived in some rural places with old pipes, and my tub or shower never looked that bad. Maybe it's different minerals, but it looks like whoever Crackets was renting to before he moved Amholio and his dick warmer in must have never cleaned it. Who knows? Maybe it was like that when they moved in. Surely an afternoon of CLR and elbow grease would put a dent in it.

The worst part is that it leaves a very ugly filthy looking color on your nails if you use it to shower or wash your hands, almost like some kind of fungal infection. That would be a fun thing to spot on April if we get more pictures of her while she lived in the hoe shack.

No idea how Nick kept tenants in there if they had to deal with all of that shit. From how stained it looks, it looks like there's no water softening stuff, or they never cleaned or both.

Is Nick trying to argue that viewing a copy of a livestream is not the same as viewing a livestream?

Preferably you'd want the original copy for the court case if available but it's not required and it certainly isn't required for probable cause on a warrant (a much lower standard). If Nick wants to argue this in court then it's quite simple to put both videos up side by side and work out what "context" has been removed (if any) and how much that effects the warrant. The Government might hire an expert if Nick pushed the point as they have infinite money but I doubt Nick would bother when it came down to it.

I didn't blame him too much for getting upset with lawyer grandma talking over him about how he needs to start cold-approaching women on subways, gyms, etc. and cornering them at work instead of continuing the demoralizing but effective dating app grind.

Dick seems to have taken a random incoherent version of what happened from Nick and created his own version of events.

- He is confusing the actions of CPS before the search warrant was executed and after it was executed. The execution of the search warrant confirmed the problems reported in the house and the CPS case plan was specifically set up to deal with all of those problems. Nick had to do drug testing. Nick had to clean up the house. Nick likely had to do a number of other things to address those issues.
- It wasn't just about drugs being found in the house. One can see that in all the CPS materials that have been made public.
- There is no public information to say that the judge or CPS ever declared that the children were never in danger. If Nick said such a thing to Dax, Nick would potentially be in trouble if the process is as Nick claims sealed.
- His "Trial" obviously isn't wedneday. Dax is wrong.
- Unless Nick takes a plea deal avoiding a trial, the bodycam footage is going to be released when its put into evidence. If Nick intends to fight the charges in court, the footage is inevitably going to come out and it hardly matters if it comes out now or several months from now.
- The only evidence that the kids are "at home" with Nick is that Nick says so in very ambiguous ways.
