In reality, Phil detractors are actually very tame. Look at what da trolls did to Chris Chan or Daniel Larson, or Wings, or countless other cows. I really don't understand where Null gets this idea that the Phil board is uniquely toxic when the worst thing we've done is expose his gacha addiction. That's it. Nobody ever fucks with Phil in person. Phil has repeated this idea that his trolls are uniquely toxic so much that people have started to believe it. It's complete bullshit with no basis in reality.

I guess it's possible that Null simply decided to view DSP's stuff straight from the source, he watch a single pre-stream, and got pignotized and bored, so that is all that made his opinion on Phil,

And honestly, getting into DSP is a time commitment, his lore is almost as extensive as Chris Chan at this point, and DSP is a lolcow that is bigger than the sum of his parts.

But if you only see one pre-stream, he's just a mid-wit with a weird crooked face that talks in pseudo-corporate speech to complain about money and trolls.

Null generally has good judgment from what I’ve seen. The characterization of the detractorverse as rageful, dour, and spiteful is nothing like what I’ve experienced in the 5 or so months I’ve been watching Phil shit almost daily. Maybe he’s still in a fog from the way this board used to be.

I wanna throw my own worthless opinion in the pot, I tend to agree. Any fringe community like this is going to have it's share of psychos and freaks, but most of what I've seen here hasn't been so bad. That being said, there's a weird atmosphere of hostility that happens every time DSP has a crossover with some other internet personality, where members of the other person's audience come over here and stir shit. I only rarely lurk in other threads and check out some of the featured happenings so I don't know if the reverse ever happens, but I'll assume that it does. The forum devolves into people flinging shit at eachother just for the sake of it, and I find tribalism really obnoxious no matter where it's coming from. To someone like Null it probably leaves us looking a bit unhinged since he only pops in once in a while, usually when the shit-flinging is taking place.
Personally I think he's an alright guy. I'm excited to see what comes out of the KC stream with Null and Dave.

It really does annoy me when people willfully spread the “Phil is a victim” narrative and paint detractors as insane psychos when the reality is he gets pretty minimal poop touching going on in the grand scheme of tbings

The escort saga was not done by detractors, it was two scammers who might’ve been former fans of Dave using him

The only two things the detractors have ever really done is the single time he got swatted, and the comcast thing even though that was a single individual. I guess you could add spamming reports to his YouTube/twitch and potential sponsors but really that’s like the bare minimum that happens to anything with a negative following online

Detractors largely are more interested in a logging for the sake of documenting or exposing Phil, not actively trying to harm him(or at least not anymore harm than exposing a lie can do to someone) A dude got into his bank account just to prove Phil is a liar, any other lolcow would’ve gotten actually robbed by someone going that far like the idea guys robbing chris blind for 6k

Ralph has gotten his ass beat in public, people have had guns pointed at them, there’s basically an endless list of that’s happened to wings alone. Off the top of my head just in recent years wings has had actual prostitutes and food orders repeatedly sent to his house, he’s had his channels flagged to the point he wasn’t even willingly to post videos, he’s practically unable to just play an online game with him or the players with him getting spammed messages or team killed, and he’s had his PlayStation account hacked into and directly held over his head like blackmail like two separate times.

In the long history of lolcows, Phil has genuinely had it pretty easy in terms of direct actions against him, almost everything has just been something people can casually do in droves online like reporting his channel, he’s rarely if ever had people directly fuck with or attack in him a way that actually required action on his end, wings had to enter a discord and talk to retards just to get his PlayStation account back, Phil just does a Pre stream whining to his fans and complaining into the ether

The fact that all they'll get is their 3rd personal pre-stream where he says the exact same 4 or 5 corporate-speech style talking points is pretty funny.

That seemed to be what they wanted though. I guess since then they decided to drag it out and milk the drama rather than turn on Phil. It's amazing how one week of big tips led to Phil's continual mental meltdown though.

What would be interesting is if someone could actually make Phil address his many contradictions. Sidescrollers called him out but I'm talking about "here's a clip of you lying, can you explain it?" It's just so insanely blatant and there's never any repercussions other than the ones Phil inflicts on himself (pissing away all of his money).

I do know that if Phil gets triple his income this year, he'll still be broke and begging. He went bankrupt making triple what he does now, and he's too addicted to save himself. Phil himself is why there can't be a redemption arc.

The other thing that I can think of, was when Boof social engineered their way into Phil's bank account, a detractor pretending to be their creditor during his bankruptcy call, someone playing "Why am I poisoned? Why am I toxic?" clip during the bankruptcy hearing, etc....For the most part, everyone follows the logic of 'never pozload my negholep.'

Phil has claimed someone doxxed him - no, Phil. You did that by your own doing when you forgot to edit out the part of the CTKhando and WAKhando tour videos and didn't edit out the part of when your camera showed the piece of mail on your kitchen counter - also, let's not forget when he showed his "business cards" on stream, with his address. He also claims someone sent him poop. Again, ZERO evidence of that happening. That and someone saw Phil in public, took a quick pic of him and soulmaid when he was in their car, etc....

Phil lives his life in fear. I can't think of a time that a detractor showed up at the WAkhando, hopped over the fence, and knocked on his door. There have been rumors that people have gone to the WAkhando and took a pic outside of his fence, but no one waits for hours to leave his condo and stalks him, etc...He's a 42 year old shut-in who huff's his own farts and who has an addiction to gacha.

For the most part, we all just point and laugh at the main clown at the circus.

It's much simpler than that. Null runs a site where people talk about babyrapers, deformed troons, molesters and abusers, and he gets to look at them all day. Compared to those, a relatively tame narcissistic fat retard isn't as bad.

However, most people watching DSP don't spend their entire day looking at pedophile transvestite gossip threads online, therefore have a much lower tolerance for autistic internet shit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the lifespan of DSP the most egregious thing that has happened to him was the bank leaks, which while intrusive and highly illegal, didn't impact DSP in a tangible way outside of his unreliable narration that they weren't his but also someone stole money out of his account or whatever the suggestion is for the day. Outside of that the only times anyone mess with Phil were the Escort Saga and the Comcast thing to my knowledge. Everything outside of those 3 instances has essentially been benign. Even those instances, none of those things directly impacted DSP. None of those things were done by regulars on the Farms, or regulars in the greater detractor/dentractor sphere. So, I'm wondering where the idea has been created and cultivated that anyone has harmed Phil in any way.

I'd imagine if you dropped into any thread and started trolling the regulars about being autistic and unrealistically angry about the subject of the OP it wouldn't be taken well by the regulars of said thread. Just doesn't seem to happen much or at all to every other thread or sub on the forum. But the DSP sub tends to get at least a once a year visit from Null to tell everyone they are horrible for continuing to use his site like every other little community and a handful of people follow suit to come to the sub to complain about the sub existing. At this point I can only think it's because Null feels the need to yell at some part of the forum and all the other single lolcow subforums he has skin in the game, because it's really weird to hate a group of people on your site and vaguely threaten to close that part of the site down but never follow through.
