So April claims she borrowed the dress from Kayla ("loved one"), but then Aaron shows the photo of April in the dress at the store. It's very similar, but I think it's actually a different dress, the bottom is different.

Nick should use it in his legal case. Aaron lied about the dress, he's not credible!!! (I'm pretty sure Aaron didn't lie, if those are two different dresses then he just confused them. They do look similar.)
So she changed the caption on Instagram after Aaron said he bought the dress then. The original post screen capped on Saturday (see below) doesn't include the part about "that my loved one let me borrow for the night". I also think the dress is way too long for Kayla to wear.

April is out in "Hollywood" too, from the trailer park to the second home of Lord Balldo, my girl is glowed up View attachment 6342272

(timestamp around 50 minutes)
Someone asked Nick Rochefort to review Rekieta's house last night. Unfortunately, all we got from it was "It's kinda fat", "I kinda like it" and he made fun of the iron oxide stains in the shower.
If you're going to send a superchat to ask him to review something, then you should try to bait him into actually talking about it. Something like "My friend is selling this house, do you have any advice for him?".

I think the image is just poor quality on the phone. Looks like the same dress to me.

What's with all the April stinky cunt jokes? And then people making fun of her in her dress, and saying she looks like a busted coke whore...
Aaron, buddy. hand on shoulder
The Farms isn't scratch and sniff, and I don't know about "busted", but if looks like a coke whore and it acts like a coke whore...

The colors, shape, and patterning are identical wherever I look. Note that one image is taken in the mirror so the swirl direction is reversed.

I see what you are saying about the bottom. The hemline had a better, consistent wide wave in Aaron's photo. I suspect she was wearing heels in Aaron's picture, but I don't see much if any lift in the recent photos.

If it's dragging, or she's dragged it while wearing it in the past, whatever helped hold that shape may not have lasted until now. A former factory worker with a man who bought her a trumpet dress in Vegas? Does she know how to maintain it? How many times it was intended to be worn?

The day Nick delivers will be the same day we're complaining about lousy Smarch weather.

He didn't speicifiy WHICH year of May or if they wouls all be in the SAME May! Checkmate, Kiwifags!

So, is it confirmed that Ralph was putting the Judge's personal information out there?
Imagine getting photographed with the xanny pig a few days earlier after paying to have him come up to your court case.
Stuff that is public knowledge at this point.
The state could easily connect dots and say it was intimidation attempts.
If that's true that's extra hilarious.
If that is true then that is something amazingly retarded for Nick to get involved in.
This is how Nicks brain works now after "no drugs" for a while, thinking "this sounds like a splendid idea, lets get involved"?
It is permanently cooked, right?

What did Nick think the outcome of this would be? His fans and scholars would telephone the judge and school him on how the law actually works? And that he, the judge, is a faggot if he does not understand that Nick is innocent?

judge ... Judge ... JUDGE How embarrasing.

No. The closest anyone has been able to devise is that a Twitter account @chugi3 has been alogging people around STMS after years of tweeting about LawTube content, and they posted the judge's name and the courthouse phone number with encouragement to contact. Juju and others quote tweeted the now protected account.

Not that I do not believe Nick is incapable of this (See cornering a female judge in a lift), but there is no hard evidence of it. There was none of Hedo II or MANdy, and the wait made those even more funny (but not weird).

I’ll bet you a good portion of the current balldowashers are folks who watched him during Vic or Rittenhouse, tuned out for years, and now tuned in again, totally unaware of any of the Rekieta retardation, convinced that their trad-dad lawyer is being railroaded by big shitlib daddy government.

His streams are slowly turning into DSP-tier Alogging feasts though, which is always something.

Nick has a harder and harder time putting on his “Hehe, I care so little it’s FUNNY!”-face when he gets a hate comment.

And meanwhile DSP is seeming to have a but if a redemption arc. He always made enough money, but he seems to be enjoying himself a lot more recently.

Meanwhile Nick is making next to nothing and is seething furiously.

If Ralph actually did leak the Judge's information, I think there's a good chance Rekieta is legitimately uninvolved. Seems to me that Rekieta, while having somewhat made up with him, still keeps Ralph at arms length. Ralph may not have even stayed with Rekieta, and their contact may have been limited to that one photo we saw.

Ralph just does this kind of stuff sometimes, no outside influence necessary.
Sure, Ralph does dumb shit without prompting. And there is no way there is a paper trail of Nick asking him to do anything related to Aaron or the judge. But, as seen with Nick's interactions with Null he will hint around what he wants and expect the other person to understand what he's really saying. If he's ever called out on it he will deny wanting it and will say he never said that.

Ape was revealed to be washing with douche juice and, well, look at her. That gash is a fucking crime scene and she even shows up to church looking like a $2 street walker. There is nothing mysterious or ambiguous about this busted coke whore.

Nick has no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve been looking for that clip

I am torn between 'malicious lies' and 'severe brain damage' as an explanation for this. Nick has shown, time and time again, an incredible power to create 'alternative facts'. When confronted with clips of something he denied, he shrugs and claims that he 'meant to say' something else. (See defamation of Montegraph and 'always' vs 'probably').

There is no use in confronting him about it, but this would make a fine addition to my collection of hypocrisy clips.

I have already CTRL-F searched the YT auto-genereated transcripts in 2023 for 'client', 'judge', and 'elevator' and found nothing. He definitely said it before 2023 when I stopped watching.

If anyone wants to continue the search back from December 2022, I will try to circle back and start from the start of 2021 later today.

The judge story is in this video.

Yeah, that part of the story looks to be at around 50 minutes in. Doesn't appear that the elevator was a part of THAT version of events. I wouldn't doubt it if there's a version of the story where an elevator WAS involved, but in this instance he can always point to this video and say "SEE??? Those damned Kiwis makin' stuff up about me!"

Edited to add: I could've SWORN there was a version he told where the confrontation occurred on an elevator, and that the confrontation was more belligerent than this version of events. Is this a case of the Mandela Effect, or did he actually give an "and then everyone clapped" version of events?

The Mandela Effect is real.

During the deposition of Monica Rial, she mentioned a patio, and in Nick's retelling, he inadvertently changed it to balcony. That mistake perpetuated for a long time.

Go back and search this thread for elevator and sort by date. You'll see one person made a mistake in their recollection a year after it was very briefly mentioned. Other people read that post and then that became the narrative going forward, but it wasn't really talked about much until people soured on him.

He also dunked on her over a claim from a super chatter in a stream from June 2022 though I was unable to figure out what he's even talking about.

there's definitely a second telling of this story that involves an elevator I think it was sometime during or maybe right after the depp trial

Like Himedall All-seeing Waifu said, nothing in the YouTube transcripts. Those aren't perfect, but someone here should have said something. They did and it was a mistake and now there's an entire a-log industry super chatting about confronting judges in elevators. Memory is weird.
