What it says now:

"Had to share this stunning dress." has been edited to "Had to share this stunning dress that my loved one let me borrow for the night."

Lord Balldo couldn't buy his new main bitch a dress for the evening? Borrowing clothes is so gross to me and it seems to me that her and Kayla do that often, probably wear each other's underpants too. But its smelling a little broke to me Nick, you better pay up to keep her from spilling all the beans.

Like Himedall All-seeing Waifu said, nothing in the YouTube transcripts. Those aren't perfect, but someone here should have said something. They did and it was a mistake and now there's an entire a-log industry super chatting about confronting judges in elevators. Memory is weird.
Doesn't he have a story about confronting a cop in the courthouse and calling them a liar or something? Could that have been the elevator story? I also have a clear memory of a confrontation in an elevator, specifically with a woman. The earliest mention of an elevator in this thread is Nov 21, 2022 and is referencing the judge, https://kiwifarms.st/threads/nichol...-law-nickrekieta.53871/page-931#post-13444695

Sure, Ralph does dumb shit without prompting. And there is no way there is a paper trail of Nick asking him to do anything related to Aaron or the judge. But, as seen with Nick's interactions with Null he will hint around what he wants and expect the other person to understand what he's really saying. If he's ever called out on it he will deny wanting it and will say he never said that.
It's really manipulative but stupid, not the Machiavellian genius move he thinks it is. It's not going to fool anyone and the judge is just going to assume he was responsible, whether or not it comes up in an actual hearing. It's the sort of thing you'd expect from the crackhead moron he is.

It’s the same dress. Kayla is way shorter and her dress wouldn’t have fit April.

April sweetheart, you’re retarded.

If anything: “I borrowed this dress from the woman whose husband I’m fucking for coke” makes you look worse than: “Oh yeah, my ex husband bought this for me.”

It’s like spending time with Nick warps your mind into some parallel moral reality where up is down and everything is different shades of grey.

Is this a case of the Mandela Effect, or did he actually give an "and then everyone clapped" version of events?
I want to say this story is not one Nick told, but one that someone else told about him. Maybe one of the lawyers that offered to let him work in their basement or whatever - from the firm representing Monty now?

Nick has no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve been looking for that clip

Ignoring the "technically false" side of the story with everyone (myself included) Mandelling an elevator into existence, they way Nick hems and haws as he comes up with a new narrative to deflect away the story of him corning a judge is the first time I've felt like I've seen him actively construct a new lie as he's talking. You can see the gears turning to generate a narrative that's impossible to disprove and provide cover for the real story he told.

I am torn between 'malicious lies' and 'severe brain damage' as an explanation for this.
It's lies. His lies are worse because of alcohol and drug induced holes in his brain, but it's still lies.

This is from Oct 2021, the elevator reference wasn’t mentioned here until Nov 2022. I’m thinking it was a new detail added in a story retelling on locals possibly? Or Rumble?
It's fake lore. Earlier on previous pages the same account claims that the incident happened in Spring 2022 when in fact it was October 2021, in response to someone else saying his last case had ended in October 2021, not realizing they were talking about the same thing.

Yes, this is the offhand comment that got a detail wrong in a 30-second story they heard a year ago.

(Nick's stream was Oct 25th, 2021. You can find news articles published on October 26th about his client being sentenced to prison)
It was actually sooner than that 2023 post that an elevator got involved:
(it doesn't say "in an elevator" but "at the lift"

And maybe it's my fault because I turned it into in the elevator here:
(this is useful because it contains the only really verified part of this story which is the judge's imo improper comments seemingly implying she was punishing the defendant for having a lawyer)

The search feature is semi-broken so it could be missing some things especially in large threads. The "at the lift" post seems to be referencing something earlier itself.

Also the elevator thing is currently in the OP which has too many spoilers for me to figure out exactly where in the OP it is, so that should probably be fixed if it's turned into an urban legend (thanks in large part to me apparently).

It seems the verifiable parts of it are the judge did in fact make the comments he was angry about and he did respond to them out of court rather than in court, but "at the lift" or something like that. I'm not sure if that was literal or just a way of saying on the way out of the courthouse.

No. That was never verified.
The particularly improper one quoted in the news article: "You didn’t even plead guilty to all the things you were accused of."

So possibly the specific pro bono comment wasn't in there.

I also like that she pulled this Tomlinson sounding moment:
"You stole. You are a felon. You are going to prison," Judge Fischer told the defendant shortly before issuing the sentence. There was nothing improper about that one, though. It was just a fact.

No. That was never verified.
Not verified in the sense that we have no idea if Nick is telling the truth in that stream sure, but the bulk of the story where Nick complains about the Judge's comments regarding his client spending money on a lawyer starts at 19 minutes in and goes through to 28 minutes.

At 50:20 thru 52:00 is when Nick says:
When she came back in for the next case, and I was just -- I was just packing up I- I turned to her and I said uh 'Hey Judge' I just wanted to let you know off the record that um my client didn't pay me a dime, I took the case pro-bono.' The look on her face was uh was worth it a little bit. Uhhh Cause she knew exactly, she knew exactly what I was saying right there, but uh she said, 'Well thanks for that.' And uh then I left! Then I left.
Until we find a repeat instance of when Nick told the story, this one doesn't imply her being cornered at all, merely pulled aside or just approached.

I understand why you would think it says that, because it's written in such a way for you to think it's saying that. But look at that paragraph - it has direct quotations and lots of details about April invoking the 5th and the cops communicating that they understood that, but a single sentence with no quotes or details about the "custodial interrogation".
That's what I'm saying. We do not have the body cam footage nor the transcript of such interrogation presented to us, hence we need both of the former to dispell the notion of conspiracy.
I think they report all shootings and let police decide if it was criminal or not. I guess there could be gunshot wound victims that would be fearful to call an ambulance due to charges being brought but doctors look at it differently than drugs I guess.
All shootings generally involved PD being dispatched to secure the hospital while it gets locked down after an incident in a major city where some gangbangers tried to kill a GSW vic in the hospital.
And meanwhile DSP is seeming to have a but if a redemption arc. He always made enough money, but he seems to be enjoying himself a lot more recently.
DSP is so mild compared to other lolcows (horrorcows). If you think about it, someone who begs for money and bankruptcy (fuck taxes) is so mild compared to "Consent accident tranny" or "Guy who's a zoosadists" or "pedophile furry" or "Neglects his kids for coke bullets and balldos".

Until we find a repeat instance of when Nick told the story, this one doesn't imply her being cornered at all, merely pulled aside or just approached.
Yeah, at worst, that's Nick pulling a "whining off the record about what already happened" instead of bringing it up at the time it happened.

Incidentally, here's the motion Nick made to give the defendant nothing but probation and a few other such documents. I don't know Nick expected this to fly.

Other docs: the Sentencing Order (pretty dry and just confirms Nick did not get the departure he wanted), and an Amended Order the next day.

Correspondence from the State:

Oopsy daisy.

A second Amended Sentencing Order.

And finally, a document from April of this year.

And the current restitution balance, of which I believe none or nearly none has been paid:

Case Summary

Current Balance as of 08/28/2024 is $386,180.00

The case number is 34-CR-19-1198 but you can just search by the name Melanie Beth Daniel too, since there's a conviction.

Unsurprisingly, there's nothing relevant to the specific events Nick was complaining about.
I would just add, Nick is a lying liar who lies. He's also a coward. He may never have even commented to judge Fischer at all. But boy, did he think about it!
To my credit when I've seethed about this story I multiple times suggested that Nick had actually made it up because he thought it made him look good, but apparently the elevator part is one I at least helped make up.

Still, "Hey Judge." *cringe*

His own version of the story is bad enough.

there's definitely a second telling of this story that involves an elevator I think it was sometime during or maybe right after the depp trial

I checked, and there were no LOCALS stream contemporaneous with the YouTube stream and he was not splitting the show with Rumble at that point.

If he told another version at some point, it would need to be identified.

Also the elevator thing is currently in the OP which has too many spoilers for me to figure out exactly where in the OP it is, so that should probably be fixed if it's turned into an urban legend (thanks in large part to me apparently).

Agreed. I will make the updated changes until better evidence is presented.

At 50:20 thru 52:00 is when Nick says:

[Nick Sperging]

This is in lime with the rant I remember. It has no mention of the elevator/lift, so I will emend the OP and do my best to correct this mis-conception where I see it.

Like the Vic 'balcony' story, this may just be Apocryphal.
