Kurt found it in real-time while Joe and Nate were talking.joe has access to the same databases kurt does. if joe was honest, he could have found that as easily as kurt did.

How would Aaron know that if he's not in contact with April?Aaron was positing on his show that Nick had gaslit April into believing that the charges would be gone after the hearing today. Gonna be a rough day in the balldo bunker if so- one pissed off "hot"wife and Nick out at least two grand.
Yeah, I edited my comment a few minutes ago. I skimmed the hearing and thought judge gave unconditional /just check in with no cash required.@Dixieland Buckaroo is referring to the fact that 10% of $20k is $2k. 10% is normally what a bail bondsman would look to be paid upfront before posting the rest. I don't know if she will just accept the free conditional bond, or paid unconditional one. Nick was conditional until he elected to pay for the unconditional one a few days after his release. Some people surmise Nick will fork out the $2k for April.
She'd almost certainly want to go unconditional. I don't think any of them are magically off the dope and alcohol.
Idk who this guy is, but I appreciate someone who can straight-up admit they're flat wrong. Stupidly rare among this crowd. The bar is low, I know.Kurt found some relevant case law, prompting Joe to say: “That blows my argument up. You were right and I was wrong.” Before that, I heard him state multiple times that he was not familiar with the specific case law around this matter.
Yet he had time to go sperg out 30 mins before his show? He went in to push the Nick and Barnes narrative and ran like a bitch when he was proven wrong. I wouldn't put it past Nick to call Joe and sick him on Nate and Kurt..Joe had previously stated he had a livestream starting at 10PM and would have to bounce. He left as soon as Kurt presented that case law, but not before unambiguously stating that he was wrong and the others were right.
exactly my point–it took minutes of searching.Kurt found it in real-time while Joe and Nate were talking.
I have to say, I'm not the biggest fan of Nate, but his choice to laugh at Barnes' poor arguments instead of getting pissy about them makes me respect him more.Nate is doing more coverage and more coverage is always better according to Nick... Didn't Viva and Barnes sperg out on Nate recently?
I don’t think Nick has to give orders to Joe to do anything. He’s clearly all-in on defending Nick. Mischaracterizing the reason why he left the stream is the kind of dishonesty I’d expect from Nick.Yet he had time to go sperg out 30 mins before his show? The best part of this stream has been Nate laying into Barnes. Nate didn’t pull punches and made Barnes look like the self-righteous fool that he is. Of note, I like how Nate said Barnes is a law propagandist and not an educator, that he spins good stories. Which is true. Barnes can tell some fun tales with some intriguing insights, but he’s not a neutral arbiter and everything he says should be taken with a grain of salt.Nate is doing more coverage and more coverage is always better according to Nick... I’m as jaded (reality-pilled) about cops as anyone, and know multiple people who got screwed by crooked cops in cahoots with corrupt judges. It pisses me off when people who are broadly on the right side of the corruption argument resort to lying so much. It discredits a movement that is important and otherwise credible.Of note, I like how Nate said Barnes is a law propagandist and not an educator, that he spins good stories. Which is true. No, per the hearing today, April is only getting charged with the amounts that were on her debit and credit cards. I don't know what the amount is, but it is much less than Balldo. So April is getting 5th degree felony possession (>25 grams) but Balldo is getting a 4th degree felony possession (<25 grams)? Or were all of the Deep Qover’s charges amended to 5th degree felonies?
They all like to pontificate on matters which are way outside their practice area. It's so clear so much of lawtube just doesn't know anything about law.
That would have displeased the court, who set it as a remote hearing.Hell, I’d go to the courthouse!
It's been speculated that the state charged Fleshlight with the 5th degree felony to keep her out of the Qover and more importantly outside the Rekieta's kids sphere of influence ie, she cannot be their nanny due to her drug charge. So April is getting 5th degree felony possession (>25 grams) but Balldo is getting a 4th degree felony possession (<25 grams)? Or were all of the Deep Qover’s charges amended to 5th degree felonies?
Joe the Jew is a fucking piece of shit. He will contort in any direction will pretending to understand, even downplaying neglect when convenient.Idk who this guy is, but I appreciate someone who can straight-up admit they're flat wrong. Stupidly rare among this crowd. The bar is low, I know.
I dunno if you can do that for a remote hearing.Hell, I’d go to the courthouse!
YOU WILL NOT WIN.HE CAN'T KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS.
Everyone who watched the Fleshlight's hearing should be insulted at Balldo and Co. thinking no one would realize Fleshlight was connected from Chez Balldo.Doing it in the Balldo Vault is just stupid as all hell. I'd ask what they were thinking, but I am pretty sure they weren't.
He's like a property lawyer in New York or some shit. I think he might have even less criminal law experience than Nick. He's both out of his element, and eager to wash the Balldo. Joe sucks. He should just piss off. He didn't even help Rekieta here. He might have even hurt him slightly by yielding on the point. He's the guy in the hat? Kind of amazing he's so off on this, if he's a lawyer. Nate is right.
