Some people surmise Nick will fork out the $2k for April.

She'd almost certainly want to go unconditional. I don't think any of them are magically off the dope and alcohol.

No, per the hearing today, April is only getting charged with the amounts that were on her debit and credit cards. I don't know what the amount is, but it is much less than Balldo.

It's been speculated that the state charged Fleshlight with the 5th degree felony to keep her out of the Qover and more importantly outside the Rekieta's kids sphere of influence ie, she cannot be their nanny due to her drug charge.

More wild speculation is these charges are to have her 'turn' on the Rekietas but with present evidence they have the Rekietas dead to rights on the possession charges so Ape 'turning' on the Rekietas, while in character, would be overkill and may not be worth the "resources" expended by the prosecution.
