He's trying to defend april but with his logic that "just because you're next to it doesnt mean you own it" (the coke is on her credit card in nicks bedroom, totally not live in btw)

Does that mean he stole her credit cards? And the coke is his? I mean, if nothing is ever gonna be 'yours/his/hers/etc' in that kind of argument, the police can find 1 pound of coke inside kaylas ass and she can claim it's not hers and she doesnt know who put it there, no?

"Your honor, my client couldnt have possibly known who put 1 pound of coke inside her ass because her body is broken your honor. Ruined from 7 pregnancies. Can't feel a thing. Her husband can vouch."

@Null

He is once again talking about his case. Supposedly only 3 of the 5 kids were in the home and Nick was not stopped. Nick pulled over because he thought he was being swatted. Nick is very smart for reading this on air.
As far as we know one of the girls was in the car with Nick and the son was elsewhere when the cops first got to the house, which would mean there were four kids present once Nick arrived back at the house but only three inside.
There sure are a lot of RUMORS Nick is spreading about how bad the cops handled every5ing that sure could be cleared up by the release of the vids.
It's astonishing how many people in the comments on the streamer's channels believe ever single word Nick says. Critical thinking is clearly not their superpower.
"Kayla said April was our live in nanny, and the state somehow twisted that into April being our live in nanny!"
Just shut the fuck up Nick. :story:
Don't take any notice of what my wife says. What would she know?

Why the fuck is he even going over this? I get he's trying to prove he's totally not mad or affected..but like why
For exactly the reasons that @Dixieland Buckaroo said a few pages back. He took another L today. His favorite judge delivered it. And he's more than likely gonna have to shell out another $2k (non refundable) to keep his side piece happy and (more importantly) silent.

In short, he's mad. Again.

Nick is now claiming that the drugs on the nightstand were “not out in the open.”
It must be one of those hidden nightstands.

Why does this even matter though? The warrant was looking for drugs. It doesn't have to be in the open if it's an item on the warrant.
