Not even then. He will appeal all the way to the Ultra Mega Supreme Court of the Milky Way Galaxy.I don't know when reality will kick in if not when a Jury announces a guilty verdict for this loser.

Define "I", define "cocaine", define "the". That's what I thought you incel prude, you can't prove anything"What did I do?"
You got caught with 26 grams of cocaine after streaming high on cocaine. That is what happened.
I'm starting to believe dick masterson who goes by juju the cow while getting pegged in the asshole gasses nick up making him believe he'll win the trial.Shit like this stream is why I think Nick might actually take this garbage to trial.
I don't think he has good legal representation, but more importantly, his ego refuses to allow him to see reality. I don't know when reality will kick in if not when a Jury announces a guilty verdict for this loser.
I bet that they've never/barely communicated. If they have, I imagine they'd claim attorneys privilege on communication but it feels like one of them will make an argument in Nicks defence on video and the others run with it once it's been seen. Now he is discrediting Barnes’ insistence that Nick was targeted by the authorities for being a liberty-minded influencer.
Yes, Barnes, you’re that fucking off-base that even the beneficiary of your lunacy is distancing himself from it.
The character of the defendant is generally irrelevant to the prosecution unless he or his attorney makes it a part of his defense. "My client is a good, upstanding trad dad, there's no way he could do stuff like this" would do it. This is the legal doctrine of "opening the door," there's often a lot that the prosecution can't bring up about a defendant, unless the defense brings it up first. As a lawyer, if this goes to trial, what’s the likelihood of the prosecution using clips of Nick being a smug asshole on these streams as character evidence against him?
Seems like an obvious choice to me. Why would anyone pay?She can either get a bond and just $2000 or paying nothing but she subject to random drug/alcohol testing. Also, they let her go in the begin just assume she was just a visitor but I assume later on they found she was living there was the Rekieta's and decided to charger her.
It was mayhem. My pet theory is that Kimmy Jo (a new mod as of a few months ago) is April. She was deleting comments within seconds. His mods are banning again lmao
Where would they even start? There should be some amazing analysis of this stream by Nick's critics.
It's been that way for a while. His credibility and consistency on the free speech issue was destroyed over a year ago in his Locals. The only thing that's changed is more people are seeing it, and in real time.Nick acknowledging tonight in chat that his mods are starting to mute people in his chats.
BUT MUH FREEZE PEACH!
Imagine the prosecution having the Dear John stream on standby for that door being opened lolThis would be an extremely stupid thing to do, of course, which makes it kinda likely knowing the Balldo.
Part of me thinks that if he had complete freedom of movement, he'd divorce Kayla and marry April. Recall that stream where he bitched that he's not lucky to be married without a prenup.Didn't watch the stream, but the fact that he got really mad at the April alogging shows at this point that he cares more about Ape than his own wife. Remember, he has lambasted his wife on stream multiple times (destroyed body, etc). Would not be surprised if April is now the head bitch, and Kayla is just the side bitch now.
"What did I do wrong?"
Nah sweetie. It's that good 'ol Midwest Mickey D's Sweet Tea!Is that Whiskey in the soda cup?

I can hear/see the former coke head and that fat fuck all the way from Toronto now...Where would they even start?

This actually came up during Rittenhouse as well I believe, where the defense brought up something about social media, and the prosecution brought up the social media post where Rittenhouse had said something about how looters should be shot. It ended up being a big fight in that case I believe, where they sent the jury out and argued in front of the judge for half an hour or so about whether they could bring that up due to the defense 'opening the door' to that.Imagine the prosecution having the Dear John stream on standby for that door being opened lol
Honestly. I forgot that they sold tea.Nah sweetie. It's that good 'ol Midwest Mickey D's Sweet Tea!
I clearly have internet brainrot. I hear the air horn, I start laughing like a retard.
