Seems like an obvious choice to me. Why would anyone pay?
You uh, you got any more of that conditional release?

@repentance as far as how the law works thats how it's done in civil law countries, which is most of them. One criminal code, one civil code, etc. common law is an old medieval law before centralised government existed. Civil law has no precedents or case law, just the code as it is written or as close as possible. It's honestly superior, especially because those places have lower wages for lawyers and way fewer of them, which I think everyone believes is a good thing.

I’m dreaming about this day. It will be glorious.
As I've said earlier, I expect nothing less than a Downfall-tier spergout.
Nick just admitted there was in fact cocaine in his master bedroom
So he's saying it's not April's.
He vehemently denies it's his.
He's said that "You don't know what cops bring into your home," but also denies that the cops planted it.
So whose coke is it then, Nick? Schrodinger's?
Nick's reputation was irreparably ruined by the coke bust and that drives him crazy.
His reputation was already in tatters. The arrest was just the second last nail in the coffin.

Did I just watch Nick saying the prosecutor lied, because if drugs are in a vial, they aren't out in the open??????

That's quite the take.

I'm not sure, because Balldo doesn't mention the statute, but I think he is mixing his law up. I'm not aware of a statute that would specifically cover "out in the open" for possession and assuming anyone in the room is possessing it.

There is statute section 152.028, but this is a "permissive inference" meaning and is designed to cover the sale of drugs. Reading the stature that does seem what he is referencing, but it isn't what April is charged under.

It's also obvious the prosecutor isn't using it either, as she concedes mere presence doesn't prove possession, but the statute Nick cites states it does.

He just isn't good at this.

For someone so economical with the truth he is so willing to label other people as liars.

Yeah. He said a lot of very WTF shit on tonight’s stream, e.g. that the contents of April’s purse were NOT in that hallway, they were in her purse. Nick is desperate and talking absolute bullshit like it’s his full-time job.

And he’s not even making minimum wage. Sad!
How is he even making ends meet right now? No income but can still afford trips for three to expensive art events and cocaine for his mistress as well as gallons of Johnny walker.

I know he gets fined for not paying taxes and has to borrow money for his bail, perhaps his parents only pay for the kids?

So the judge was just lying with her order and April can just ignore it?
No, she already complied with it. Her order explicitly said if she already did it she doesn't have to do it again. She only has to see probation. She already did photo and fingerprints. 9:24 Rumble video Judge on pictures/prints: "If you've already done this then that has been satisfied."

Nick says he doesn't even have a bedroom to put a live-in nanny. But according to April's ex-husband, she slept in the Rekieta marital bed!
Let's hope she pushes this argument into a courtroom and it leads to Aaron having to detail the qover arrangement under oath.

Bonus points, if Rekieta is telling the truth, is that if you bond out then *you* have to pay for the drug tests. But you get to choose when they happen.
Honestly. I forgot that they sold tea.
I've never seen anybody buy that.
My mom used to get it all the time.

I love how Nick’s “INSIDE scoop” is the same old insistence that “the government is LYING,” with no evidence presented to substantiate that. In fact, Nick himself lies his ass off the whole time he’s supposedly setting the record straight.

Before the coke stream, I had stopped following his thread for a few months because Nick was just so predictable and all he did was lie through his teeth. Lately, his non-stop lies that insult the intelligence of everyone but his retarded fans are on my last nerve. Since @Balldo's Gate and @AltisticRight do a great job keeping the Community-Driven Highlights thread updates, it’s very tempting to follow along by only looking at that thread. Nick is just so insufferable.

I'm having trouble parsing this. Even if he believes that drugs should be legal, and that a person's life shouldnt be upended for a drug charge, he still believes that there should be punishment for bad people who make bad choices which hurt people.

His choice to become a coke fiend with his slatternly wife, to bring in a townie whore and her retard cuckold husband to sleep in his marital bed with him, and to let his house turn into a filthy crack den have seemed to hurt a few people. Important people as it turns out. Small people who's wellbeing is his ultimate responsibility: his faithful Locals subscribers.

Oh and his children.

I bet that they've never/barely communicated.
Barnes has explicitly stated that Nick had told him the things that the police did.

Now Barnes could be completely fabricating or making up the fact that he had private conversations with Nick. And Barnes is incredibly scummy and untrustworthy. But I don't think that Barnes is lying about having talked with Nick.

I bet Nick finds it to be an incredibly belief to talk with someone both says that they believe Nick, and at minimum pretends that he agrees with Nick. All Nick wants is people to buy his lies and bullshit. Plus it is a convenient way to plant narrative lies into the public without getting nailed for saying it himself.

Hell, unless Nick got a client-attorney relationship with Barnes, Nick probably does that whole hinting all the way around what he wants Barnes to believe, so Nick can proudly proclaim later if caught out, that he never actually said that.

At this point I think it’s almost impossible for Nick to be straightforward or honest about anything. But throwing Barnes under the bus the way he did on the livestream was extra-special. I predict that Barnes is too pussy to do shit about it, and too cowardly to address Nick distancing himself from Barnes and his claims.

@John Andrews Stan If we wanted to look at Barnes in the best possible light, everything he does online is to increase his visibility so that he can get more people contacting him for help, which for Barnes translates into referral fees. Barnes is drumming up business.

And Barnes is making it clear to every criminal out there, that no matter what your story is, no matter how shaky or bullshit it is, Barnes will "believe" it. And he will sell your bullshit story hard and advocate for it to both the public, and in court.

Barnes has explicitly made youtube commercial videos about his network of lawyers he can get you in touch with. This is all about the referral fees. I can't blame him. If you know how to attract paying clients, the drop off to a real lawyer to do all of the work while you get a small percentage is a highly efficient way to make money.

I am personally shocked that more law firms are not out there having one of the associates making a weekly video as a means to drum up business. You either get in-house work, or you get referral fees. It is stupid not to do this at this point. To a degree some were already doing this with blogs. They have just not caught up with doing the same thing via video format yet.

Nick has finally admitted he still reads his thread. However, he's still such a little cowardly bitch that he won't come on here to directly own the Farms in the very thread he religiously reads!

So, if you don't want to be thought of as the pussy you are, Nick, how 'bout you get signed up with a verified account on here and post in your thread? Surely a SOOOOPER-genius such as yourself can own us and turn the tide! Who knows, maybe you'll even reverse the effects of your duplicity and degeneracy, causing those of us in your thread to become your fanbase again! True, you'd have a better chance of seeing a flying pig pegging Juju the Cow, but you miss all the shots you don't take, Nicky!

Then again, you're too much of a coward to ever do anything like that. THAT would take courage and convictions. (No, not the type of conviction you're heading toward with your current case, Balldo-boy...)
