It's weird that Kim Petras basically gets marketed as a super-drag queen instead of the way actual women are marketed. Dua Lipa would never be presented with yass, serve mama, give us face. She's just hot on her own and doesn't need the hype men, that's a fruit thing. Rihanna's make-up line doesn't do this. (Gaga would market like this but she's the ultimate theatre kid.) It's hard to tell if this is Kim's direction, or if gays are just the only audience that gives a shit about him and his managers have no other angles left. I mean I really can't see this shit appealing to women and MAC worked hard to be the drag queen brand... which is fine, but not if you're a 100% real gril who needs to sell that he's just like the cis girls.

It's definitively chasing after the pink pound. They've tried really hard to make Kim Petras happen as a pop star, but the closest thing was the song with Sam Smith but he went back to flopping after that. I think they've given up on Petras as being a mainstream pop star at this point.

I think the thing they photoshop the most on Kimbo is his neck/jaw area. He could play rugby for the all blacks with that thing. And he has the delicate jaw definition of the witch in Howls Moving Castle melting up the stairs
