Aaron is probably unlikely to fall for Nick's "bait". Nick has not reached the point of legal danger yet but his usual response to a strategy failing is to double down on it. What he is doing here is vaguely similar to his various ethical and legal accusations against CPS, prosecutors and the police. He is in part trying to improve his no-win situation by creating chaos through bad behavior. But it will not work.
