you are missing the point, he said he charged back 1k, you should be able to see the transaction for the 1k chargeback since he searched for jude in his bank app, the truth is he filtered for debit before doing the search,when they asked to see teh 1k refund,he started to panic and shout and didnt show it and they let it go,The likely scenario is that the 1k refund search would have also showned a 4k refund too.
