During a stream in October 2022, Nick said that there were rare instances in one's life that are worth burning relationship capital for and well as what one has built, and "that had better be for family, mother fucker, that's it *checks video to see if he looks sincere enough* THAT'S when you burn everything. It's for family, immediate family, for best friends, for great people."

Nick claims that if something happened to Drexel, he would burn things down because they have been through "the muck and the mire" which he associates with having seen "feet go into [Drexel's] ass" (gross). They have been friends for a long time, which is why Drexel supported Nick so strongly. I mean, it's not as if prior to this point people on YouTube had benefitted from associating with Nick...

Nick also claims that he would burn the Earth for his family and kids. He wouldn't do it over idle gossip though (like the implications between Kayla and Drexel), only when "shit gets real".

How does Nick's plan to defend the honor of his best friend and his family? He plans to ejaculate everywhere and refuse to clean it up.

Nick will also not tell anyone what to say... if they are on his side. This is because:

In case any of you missed it, a new account showed up on KF to ridicule Kurt (Uncivil Law) and bring news of a suit he filed against the US Patent Office years ago. For what it's worth, though, I enjoy laughing at Balldo Man as much as anyone else. I only discovered this site from watching Nick seethe about it.

In particular, I enjoy Nick's infuriating misrepresentations and half truths being mocked and satirised by farmers. Likewise, I find Kurt's misrepresentation of his experience galling. Any attempt to mock him in his chat gets you banned.

So when I stumbled on the case of him unsuccessfully trying to sue his employer, I couldn't resist making an account to bring the tale to a wider audience. I think it's funny because Kurt seems to have reacted to what should have been a minor career set-back in the the same comically counter-productive way he reacts to mild criticism from his chat.

Incidentally, I don't even wish Kurt any ill-will really. My main hope is just to have a few people laugh at him with me.

I think the Nick false platitudes about being a family man are a big reason why nobody likes him anymore. People a couple years ago even liked Nick because he seemed like a competent family man with an interesting take on legal issues...the more he drank and streamed the more the mask fell off. Once people realized it was all fake, nobody really cares what he had to say anymore.

The biggest mistake Nick is making with his "career" right now is that Nick believes these people still think he's a competent family man Christian and that those who don't think that will come back and realize that he is one if he goes back to his normal streaming schedule or whatever....except they won't. Nobody is buying it and nobody is ever gonna think of him that way again. I know Nick reads this thread so I feel like I should just say it so he can read it: bro you are not a good Christian family man if your own church is the one who has to tattle on you for how fucked up everything is. Well it was fun while it lasted.

He had more comedic sense back then, like off the top of my head I remember he threw out a reference to CPAP machines because his then rival T. Greg Doucette of Lawtwitter used one and it was actually amusing. He also had some good bits about his fellow alcoholic Kevin Landau, and it wasn't just Drexel who made the Jack Murphy stream (his last really good one) funny. The comedy from Nick's streams though were always his ability to react to stupid filings or articles or videos, and occasionally his guests.

His comedy has really devolved along with his health because of drugs and alcoholism. All of his worst traits like running jokes into the ground (eg "balls or no balls") or going off on lengthy tangents are magnified to the point of being agonizingly stupid. This started to become a thing as his alcoholism took hold in 2022 and hit the point of pure stupidity by 2023. That's not to say he was ever a really funny comedian, but he was capable of getting in good jabs every now and then when reading a filing or news article or reacting to someone. As often gets stated, he is a walking anti-alcohol/anti-drug PSA, "this is your brain on drugs" personified.

See here's the thing though - I truly cannot remember a single thing he said on purpose that was funny. There were definitely funny moments on his older streams, but I would argue that it was in large due to his guests being able to carry a show and tell jokes, or get him to make funny faces. Even Ty Beard reacting to Nick showing him gross degenerate shit on stream was genuinely funny. I remember Ty seeing the Abby sex scene from Last of Us 2, and he left for awhile lol. I think a lot of the good moments were like that, and Nick himself had very little to do with it. Give us a show of just the guests, and it probably would have been way better even then.

But at least before his alcoholism got out of hand, he was at least able to keep a show going without completely flying off the rails.

The only thing we definitively know is that it happened roughly in the early summer of 2022. Nick's content changed significantly. He started throwing out more degenerate sex jokes and getting less interested in legal commentary. You can see it start in the last few Johnny Deep trial streams.

This isn't an exhaustive list, but some of the more frequent theories I see:

1. Nick/Kayla floated opening up the marriage to the other. Kayla is often speculated to be the one who pushed for it. There's a text from Faran (I think it was Faran, I get my legal ethots mixed up) claiming that's what happened. Andy Warski has said Kayla was trying to flirt with a bunch of people at a hotel, etc.

2. Nick caught Kayla having an emotional affair with a guy on some Star Trek mobile game. Take it with a grain of salt because Aaron is a primary source on it, but it's not entirely without merit either.

3. They were actively swinging and Nick's whiskey dick failed him, forcing him to spend the rest of the degen session watching. As funny as this is, this one's entirely from Aaron, who was saying a bunch of stuff to humiliate Nick.

4. Family - either Nick's or Kayla's, found out something and confronted him on it. Nick's made it clear that he dislikes being criticized in any way (pretty common NPD behavior). If they told him to tone down his swearing or sex talk on streams, for instance, Captain ODD would be activated and he'd want to push for it even harder.

Regardless there was a noticeable shift afterwards. He started openly lusting after MANdy as 2022 went on, culminating in the "Fuck it, I'll sign your tits" declaration and him singing a love ballad to a 40 year old man pretending to be his high school crush.
