The judge also seems to be aware. I saw some comments calling Aaron a snitch for doing that (informing/helping the judge and DA about Ralph's streaming), but all's fair in law and war.

I'm not sure Nick actually hates women. Ralph and Dax do, but I think with Nick it's the same as calling Sean fat: it's an easy out for him to attack superficial characteristics instead of addressing the legitimate criticisms because he knows there's no defending what he's actually done.
Remember - Nick drew first blood on this. Nick is on the record (I think through his attorney) snitching to the judge that Aaron streamed or replayed his arraignment, and that that someone is within the state of Minnesota.
Based on Nick's past rants and 'joke' accusations against his pastor, if he thought Patrick Melton was a child predator who planned to rape his kids he would take them to attend the Nobody Likes Onions church.
