You're not wrong but understand it's equally as nightmarish for the employer, you get about 10,000 jeet resumes within minutes of posting the ad. Now, to bypass all this and make it so both parties have a much easier, time, you gotta do the one thing you have as a white: Call them and leave a message with your white, american sounding voice.

Inb4 "what about a picture of me on my resume". Jeets already know that too, they find random white people on facebook and steal their pics to put on their resume, plus make up a white sounding christian name.

THAT was recruiter software. I wrote many posts about this in the last 30 pages but jeets have shitty recruiter software, where they put up fake jobs to data mine, and the recruiter software fakes a resume with your contact info and mass applies to jobs you don't even want.

I've experienced gatekeeping in interviews both brown and white so it's my policy to record all interviews in advance, if it's clear they shit their pants because they know I would get them fired within weeks once it's clear they lied their way into the job and are doing nothing, I edit the recorded video and mute my voice then dump it on youtube with a fake e-mail and behind a VPN, and pretend the video was company training. Eventually it will start to rank and the hope is the owner will see how bad things are at their company, 5 seconds after he leaves calls and they stop sucking his dick

I did this with a fat white incel nigger once who told me on the interview point blank, "I'm actually scared to shit of you because you seem really good and I want muh job security, so I'm ending the call", and 6 months later he wasn't there anymore, kek

This is probably why so many people who are qualified are getting rejected for jobs now because of retarded word filters. Jeets just apply to things they aren’t qualified for. Until white people get together and start doing the shit jeets do (only hiring our own, making our own communities to the exclusion of others, and only buying from businesses owned by our own who reference our values) things will only get worse. We are only suffering because we choose to: we can throw off these chains once we allow ourselves to.

I can confirm this is the case, even before jeets there were white recruiter companies dumping 500KB+ of keywords (in plain text size, that's a book) in the resume in 0.001pt font etc. Jeets just multiplied the problem by a factor of a billion. Every major job site is suffering from jumping back and forth of changing their algorithm. Every time they change it the jeets just find another way around it, and also they inadvertently squash legitimate white people trying to get started. Then they panic and change it back and nobody knows what the fuck is going on, throw in some woketards in the business that further wrench up the works because then they can't just ban India and brown countries.

Yes, we need to get fucking real and collectively realize that, as white people/white countries, we are making all the money, and brown people don't matter. If you don't work (or run a business etc) you don't create value in the world and you are therefore just taking from people who do. Brown people don't do work they see America as a free testing ground to try their shit of how much they can get away with, for Jeets it's the tech and medical sectors, for Latinos it's a free magical gang-unclaimed free zone where they can try to set up a new gang and sell more drugs.
