Dragonsnow
Dragonsnow, also known as DrDragonTim, Snowdragon6450 and many other names, is a Furry and Shota artist from China, well known for being the creator of Changed.
Not much is known about his early life, here you can see Dragonsnow describe a bit about it in a now deleted FA post that was first archived on /v/:
Dragonsnow has some other rather interesting posts on his FA, such as where he cries about being temporarily banned from the site for posting "fetal pornography".

Changed is a top down TF fetish themed game described on Steam as a "difficult, action puzzle game with a lot of chase". In this game you play as a pale skinned human called Colin, trying to escape a derelict facility filled with various goo furries that will attempt to transform and convert Colin into another one of them.

While the game itself sounds bad enough, it gets worse once you realise that at one point Colin was intended by Dragonsnow to be a minor.
Colin was aged up to being 23 in later versions of the game, but his appearance and personality were completely unchanged.

Dragonsnow has a long record of trying to defend it.
Keep in mind, this is the type of stuff present in Changed:
The game is also age rated as being 14+.
Tying into Colin's age, Changed also has a "special edition" available either via Patreon or the Steam tools library. Changed Special features even more graphic NSFW content compared to the original.
How is this relevant? Quite a few NSFW games on Steam feature either hidden "special" versions or an offsite patch from the developers. This mainly has to do with said NSFW games featuring characters of questionable age.
Dragonsnow has described quite a bit about Changed on Patreon, along with some of his health problems.
Oh, and remember that "anime of fetal pornography" from earlier? Turns out Dragonsnow also put that in Changed.

The impact of Changed
To say that Changed had a bit of an impact on the internet is an understatement, if you have been paying attention to the Roblox Community General Thread then you may have heard about "transfur games" on Roblox.
These are games that take elements and concepts from Changed and adapt them into Roblox, a platform where the average user is 12 years old.
These games began to appear in late 2020 around November and December before being covered by popular Roblox youtuber Flamingo.
In this video Flamingo plays Transfurmation, a game made by a user called Fiddlepat.

As of September 2024, Fiddlepat is still on Roblox under the name Provident.

This game would cause the concept of "transfur" games to explode across the platform, most likely EPI'ing untold numbers of Roblox's playerbase. The most popular of which being a game called Kaiju Paradise.

This game would have several members of it's dev team get accused of and exposed for being groomers throughout it's history.
In addition, many people started to pay attention to the shadier side of Changed and Dragonsnow.
Most notably The Sharty, which at one point was working on doxing Dragonsnow.

Although many believe otherwise, Dragonsnow actually has no problem with Roblox Changed games.
Thorneborg is the owner of the Roblox game "Goober Evade RP".

Dragonsnow also agreed to Thorneborg's request to make Changed themed Roblox accessories. The excuse being that Roblox has started to "age up their platform".
Dragonsnow's translators acknowledge that Thorneborg was granted permission from Dragonsnow to create a Changed fangame on Roblox.
As said by Dragonsnow, he does not want people to support unauthorized Changed fangames of Roblox. He has absolutely zero problem with the ones he authorizes.
Exparagon is another Roblox user who created a Changed game, pointing out in the description how sprites and animations have been edited to keep them "Roblox-appropriate". Most other Transfur games using Changed assets are the same, meaning that most, if not all of these people knew that Changed is completely inappropriate for Roblox.

Charem the Shadox
Charem the Shadox was a janny on the Kaiju Paradise Discord server who was exposed for noncery along with several other members.
Charem's OC would be removed from Kaiju Paradise shortly after this was revealed.
