ask what games they've made and the answer will be none. all they do is circlejerk about retarded bullshit and politics all day, i'm going to bet the vast majority of developers who use Godot ,./ and also actively maintain and contribute to the codebase do N,ot care about politics one way or another besides a select fringe terminally online ones
the solution is so easy to this problem and more but people are too retarded and R*ghtoids have a persecution fetish
all you need to do is to make games.... that doesn't mean Super Hitler 2 or whatever but just making games that you enjoy and people enjoy like the Minecrafts and Factorios and don't have some fucking political message shoved down your throat constantly

The guy behind Godot got slowly rich from all the donations and is now fucking a gold digger which is friends with the terminall ill freak that destroys their reputation now. With the creator compromised and the gates wide open for all kinds of degenericy, all the contributors are parasocial diaper-trannies now and he lost control over his own project. I completely pulled that out of my ass bc how the fuck else do you explain his inaction?

If that is indeed the case then they are fucked. The only way they can prevent this from turning into an even bigger PR disaster is to make a statement to the effect of "This was fucked up and everyone involved are fired". Juan loves to act smarty pants and like a logical and consistent person but it'll be impossible to ignore the hypocrisy if he defends this shit. If he doubles down then he can enjoy watching his project rot from the inside due to the inevitable cesspool of an environment these people always create.

I think if I was to spin up an open source project today I would just have rules that commits have to be from anonymous accounts with no personal information and any discussion not related to the actual code itself gets you instabanned. There's no other way.
Then license it MIT+NIGGER for good measure.
