Im not, his content is about to get unintentionally better from the multiple court cases he’s going to have now. Plus the island boys weren’t in his car with him. I also would’ve been disappointed if it was a car accident that got him rather than him fucking with the wrong person and getting murdered on livestream. I feel like insurance in the US must be different to Australiaa as here, you are 100% getting a claim denied if you're on your phone whilst driving (it is illegal). I once had an insurer suggest they might not pay on a claim as I hadn't notified them of some hail damage to the car (was an old shit box, so I didn't care about some minor dents and didn't claim for it). Sadly, as I've seen others comment elsewhere, he'll likely make enough with views and notoriety to cover all the costs without insurance.
Australian laws are laughably draconian at times, but this is a time when I'd be glad to see him taken off the road. This would absolutely get him criminal charges, and fairly serious ones, here.

As somebody who studied alongside people who would go on to work at McLaren, I can confirm that the more a car designer talks about the "process", the more convinced you will be that cars need to be abolished and replaced with tax-funded kale-powered self-driving rail pods.

Acting like a twat in front of Doctor Phil, which is the tried and true path to online infamy. The bulk of his content is about the latest drama or how much money he has. Even his YouTube avatar isn't idealized or fanciful, it's just a render of his dead-eyed punchable pineapple head, staring straight at you, almost daring you to thwack your screen.

In the second video, his first instinct was to open the camera app on his phone and start filming, even though his life was in danger if he and his friend weren't rescued.
