11:00 PM Saturday night call comes in for a 2010 Chevy impala at a decent hotel near a large airport, there is a massive fucking flu going around the city 3/4 of the techs who even work late Saturday night are not working. I text the guy who sent me this dumpster fire and give him the short story, ask if I can take %80 of this shit show. He affirms and I give it another 4-5 mins before calling back and pretend this retarded nigger spawning felons and welfare recipients didn't simply just hang up the phone on me.

I got curious about this claim
So I started to look for available datasets on mass shootings in the USA. I found this interesting study:
US Mass public shootings since Columbine: victims per incident by race and ethnicity of the perpetrator
They assess that this is likely due to higher availability of assault rifles among Whites, and incidents involving assault rifles also have a larger number of victims and deaths.
I still want to dig into this data set to try to reach my own conclusions: Mass Shootings in the United States of America (1966-2017)

I did some calculations on this dataset. I took the file named
Mass Shootings Dataset Ver 5.csv, in which there is a total of 324 incidents, 144 (44%) by Whites, 85 (26%) by blacks, and 95 (29%) by other (or unknown) races. There's a caveat: they don't define what counts as a mass shooting.Across the 144 incidents caused by Whites, there were 1263 injuries, and 803 fatalities, for a ratio of 1.57 injuries per fatality.
Across the 85 incidents caused by blacks, there were 342 injuries, and 232 fatalities, for a ratio of 1.47 injuries per fatality.
So the original hypothesis "(if there are more wounded than killed, the shooter was likely black; if the reverse, the shooter was likely white)" doesn't seem to be true, based on this interpretation of the data.
Below is also a chart I made, I rejected outliers causing the number of White-caused incidents portrayed on this graph to drop to 133. There's a lot of overlap here so the number of points seems small. I have also calculated the centroids for each demographic. The centroids appear to support the hypothesis that there's a slight skew towards the larger number of injuries and smaller number of fatalities in incidents caused by blacks.

It's a sovereign citizen thing where they appeal to higher authorities hoping to find the one government official willing to admit that laws are voluntary and let them go. All she had to do was produce ID. But she was convinced that she did nothing wrong and was targeted for being black she couldn’t understand that adjudicating that issue is for court, not on the side of the road. The black police officer explained that but she didn’t want to listen. It’s funny that the black cop shows up to diffuse the situation like they know niggers only listen to niggers and rarely at that.
