I had to replace my dishwasher like 5 years ago I think. Was about 500-600 bucks for a good quality dishwasher, hauling off the old one, and delivery and installation (1/3 the price of a wwe champions weekend). I went and measured the top and sides and went to Lowe's and bought one. The install guy got there and told me that because of my shitty counter he wouldn't be able to install a dishwasher of that size since the counter warped in the middle and I needed an America's with disabilities act certified dishwasher. He told Lowe's and told them this, I went in same day and the Lowe's people knew about all this and worked with me to find a same priced one with the same specs. Waited a week for delivery, installed and worked out. No additional fees, no worrying about wattage or other shit. Very little effort on my part.DSP has and is still blaming the previous owners for things screwed up or require simple maintenance in his house for 10 or so years now even though he could have fixed them himself. Guaranteed he'd buy the wrong dishwasher that doesn't fit and still blame the previous owners. Phil would blame the shoes on his feet for walking the wrong direction and get away with it if he was surrounded by his dent heads.
Phil and Kat are just lazy and since shit's always breaking I think they're both really rough on things, and Kat's weight ain't really helping anything. If Kat said she was gonna stop washing dishes, that dishwasher would be replaced real fucking quick. Neither of them should be homeowners cause they clearly only care about the bare necessities working, which you could get cheaper with an apartment.
