100% lyingAnyways, if you couldn't tell, the fact the OP avoids any comments remarking on how rare such a condition would be and by the fact he doesn't actually name what intersex disorder he has, raises some doubts. The biggest red flag to me is that he has a functioning, normal looking penis - the urinary system develops separately to the reproductive system and a connection between the two would have to be the result of something like a fistula in someone who developed a penis.
He thinks menstruation is blood, it is uterine lining, it is clots. You would not be able to pass clots as the urethra is far too small for any of that and cervical mucus is literally like egg whites so good luck getting that to come out
That configuration is not at all possible and he would have bladder infections constantly if he had blood clots rotting inside his urethra.
The vagina is not even located where the penis is which is why we all point out how terrible srs results are
This post is an incredible find. I fully believe those redditors are humoring him and just want him to lie more so they pretend to believe his delusion
Edit
Does not look like how a 14 year old would type but then again I don't hang out with 14 year olds. The bit about seeing one "uneducatrd" doctor who was unable to find a uterus with an ultrasound is very suspicious to me.
What 14 year old has the power to find a doctor who specializes in intersex disorders and how would they discover it when they were apparently never identified as intersex at birth?
Most people don't fight their doctors so it makes no sense that a child would stand up for themselves "you are clearly not smart enough so I will find a doctor who understands intersex conditions Who will magically see the whole female reproductive set where you could not"

Describing a penis as a clitoris you can pee thru...
So A penis, then. Clitoris rather famously does not contain a urethra
