I wish it were so but I think redditors are far too pozzed to even question it. Intersex conditions are vanishingly rare and ovotestis is especially so - likely, none of them have even heard of it, and I bet almost none of them actually know what it entails. For them, DSDs are either aspirational (a la salmacians) or validation (since they “break the gender binary”, even though they literally don’t). They’re convenient pawns for a narrative.

Also I understood the OOP to be ESL, but maybe he isn’t? I can’t say why I got that impression. I do think he’s either young or a little special based on his complete lack of writing structure but could be giving too much benefit of the doubt. I could believe he’s experiencing pain and bleeding (due to maybe cancer or an infection) and clinging to an intersex larp because it validates him, but I really am not sure if even that makes sense. I think Trannies are maybe worse because cross sex hormones has a recognized effect on the brain and on iQ, especially if people start taking it before they're fully developed and your brain isn't fully done developing till you're like mid 20's.
