Upon reading that i'm suddenly reminded of that scene from king of the hill where trip larson is trying to talk luanne into becoming the girl from the packaging art along with him as the pig and this mexican guy dressed like a bavarian in full lederhosen and hat, who walks up to her, sighs and when asked what the fuck was going on he looks resigned and responds life is a series of compromises.
