Well, it's one thing having the search warrant thrown out for lack of probable cause, but they are also asking for any statements Kayla made during the execution of the search warrant be thrown out also. This could make Kayla's statement that April was the live-in nanny get tossed also, which could help Aprils claim that she was just visiting and was not residing in the Coke Den.
What else might Kayla have said during the search of the Balldo Bunker?
They're worried that the hours upon hours of factually incorrect Star Trek lore that she sperged at the arresting officer will present her as a coked up retard.

Yes, that's what Mindset foretold while everyone got distracted by shitting on him.
If Mindset didn't want to be shit on, maybe he shouldn't have been such a fag towards the Farms after Nick got arrested.
What got the ball oddly rolling was @Melty Butter called Mindset a 'Catholic boy' (see full quote) in regards to if he would lie about having a source that knew Nick was still going to trial.

Melty Butter prefaced Mindset is 'smarmy,' but I see where 'Catholic boy' triggered the thread knowing his 'sexual track record' in Asia. I also see the tie with 'Catholic/ethics/morals' because Mindset said on a few streams he was a youth pastor leader. One specifically when he talked about Nick's pastor being a mandatory reporter.

I don't think Mindset is a bad actor who would outright lie, now proven. I also agree he shouldn't have been a fag towards the Farms, acting like it "completed his assignment."
Mindset is a bit smarmy but I don't think he's a bad actor who outright lies. He's an FL Catholic boy who seems to care somewhat about integrity.

My initial thought since Nick also said April "was just visiting."

They're still in fucking fantasy land trying to find the 'magic words' which make the warrant disappear.
At this point, Kayla has a better chance restarting her CBD business than making the warrant disappear

Didn't the very same judge find the warrant as heckin' valid as a matter of fact? I seem to remember that being a big deal and a huge fuckup on the balldo law side.
Actually the Barneswalker failed even to make a proper probable cause argument either on paper or at the hearing. Any mention of it was an afterthought and not elaborated on at all. Wentzell found that Nick had waived any such argument.

I was wondering what the problem was with LM but I had forgotten about the "homework assignment" comment he made. I was thinking nigga the forum isn't your bitch to be ordered around. I'm not sure he meant it that way, but that's how it came across.

It would seem weird to think she's gonna fight, and he's gonna surrender.
Technically, Kayla could win and get all the counts dismissed and Nick would still be fucked because he was deemed to have waived making a challenge on those grounds.

Nothing was "foretold" by him. He claimed the existence of a secret source who told him something which is unfalsifiable except by Rekieta coming out and saying it's false (won't happen).

Absolutely nothing was "proven".

Eight Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.
Does that mean Nick won't be sentenced to make up the 14 missed Locals streams?

While it probably isn't going to happen, that would be the most hilarious possible outcome, if Nick's insistence on Barneswalking absolutely got him raped and murdered in prison while Kayla skates.

One of those streams should be on the dangers of giving your 10 year old daughter cocaine
9 yr old.

Even worse, would be 8 yr old but she literally turned 9 I think the week before or week after they were either arrested or the drug test was done. Can't remember. @MNPublicRecords showed it.

I really don't see the logic behind this other than drawing out the inevitable. I wonder if Nick and co are trying to retard up the case to get the judge frustrated enough to want to get rid of it.

Highly doubt this judge is gonna back down after Nick bad mouthed the lady who is no longer on the case. He isn't going to be able to muddy it up enough for them to lose motivation on seeing it through til the end. Nick has been putting a big target on himself for years in the law circles. Now that he's thrown away any saving graces he could've had, he'd probably have better luck coming out of a situation by dipping his balls in pirahna infested water.

Is Nicky using his Co-Defendants like Extra Lives in the game of lawfare?
Retard option 1 doesn't work so use Retard option 2 with your wife and Retard Option 3 with your live in whore?

There's no way. Same judge. That would be idiotic and super futile. It would just piss him off probably.

They can maybe run the entire gamut of Barnes arguments. Not Barnes-walker. Barnes-proper. White actually curbed his Barnes enthusiasm, and focused (way too much) on the video. Meanwhile, to hear Barnes tell it, this warrant violated every single amendment in the Bill of Rights, except the Third.

I don't think it'll work, but they could try it.

I agree with the above 3 comments, but also with @Bepis below that it seems like this is what Nick is trying to do. The serialisation of litigation to gain more time seems like an uber-brain strategy that Nick would think is utterly brilliant.

String things along, try different strategies, then whinge to the judeg about how 'IT'S NOT FAIR! Why do THEY get a win when we did the SAME thing!?'

I make no comment on the legal feasibilty because we have to discount Nick's credentials as a non-practising lawyer as worthless.

I wonder if he's hoping that Qayla getting the warrant thrown out in her case can get him a second bite at it in his? I'm not familiar enough with US law to know if that would work but I feel like Nick is dumb enough to think it will.

Oh is this new? He filed an appeal. This is a very extraordinary measure; you generally never file an interlocutory appeal in a criminal case until after the trial, because there's no point if you win.
If my reading is right this seems to be his main argument:
