Highly doubt this judge is gonna back down after Nick bad mouthed the lady who is no longer on the case. He isn't going to be able to muddy it up enough for them to lose motivation on seeing it through til the end. Nick has been putting a big target on himself for years in the law circles. I agree with the above 3 comments, but also with @Bepis below that it seems like this is what Nick is trying to do. The serialisation of litigation to gain more time seems like an uber-brain strategy that Nick would think is utterly brilliant.
