Honestly, i would take this with a handful of salt, specially with how jumpy he got when tom pressed even a little bit. I don't doubt twitch may have lost advertisers, but 70% is a HUGE number, and no way twitch would not have banned hasan already if that was the case, since this is where most of the money from livestreaming comes from. Some big advertisers might pull out temporarily, but this 70% number is probably pulled out of his ass when even when showing proof to tom he has to send one by one.

On another hand, if the figure is real, no way this does not go around other platforms. Maybe even a second adpocalypse (at least for live streamed content) could hit youtube, since those advertisers will probably look closely to the kind of places their ads are being served, and youtube livestreams are even more lenient with who they allow than twitch.

I think that this might be what causes him to burn the bridge with what friends he has left on twitch, and possibly some people on other platforms.
As much as retarded narcissistic "content creators" want the platform whose infastructure allowed them to make a living from being retarded online to get fucked, the second it affects them they will become the biggest corpo shills: see- yt adpocalypse. I think twitch might demand a larger cut of all revenue as a result of this, and most alternatives don't have the resources to handle mass e-sperg migration, so it will likely be a twitter-type situation.
