Actually now he's annoying appeals court judges in St. Paul, I believe.
He's going to, yeah.

I don't think he did with Monty because, TBF to Randazza, his argument wasn't horrible. He won on like 40% of the points he raised.

When the dust settles I think the difference between the two is best expressed thusly:

Appeals court to Randazza: "We kinda see your point, but no."
Appeals court to White: "This is utter crap. Stop wasting our time with this."

Or put another way...

Randazza took on a crap case, but tried to make the best argument he could.

White took on a crap case, and he's making a complete hash of it.

Randazza also has a deep mastery of civil procedure matters and knows what actually gets a petition like this granted. Just getting review granted was impressive. Having the decision so close they had to resort to a tie-breaker factor in a multi-part balancing test was even more impressive. And if he'd pulled it off, it would be one of those things on his website saying "look how I pulled off this feat of wizardry not even God can do."

And he got a lot of money out of it that would otherwise have gone up the enormous nose of an impotent cuck. I bet he'd buy a more tasteful car with it than Nick would, too.

I also don't blame Randazza for publicly throwing Nick under the bus after he got arrested. The guy probably WANTED to get fired off the case because Nick is probably so fucking insufferable and hard to work with that he wanted to wash his hands of the guy and be done with it. I imagine Nick's criminal defense attorney is probably wanting to tear his own hair out after he tears out Nick's.

EDIT: I gotta add that this last tweet is basically admitting to the polycule. What made Rekieta go into a blocking spree + April changing her handle to "April_Law1111" + an admission to the polycule? 🤔

When did any of that happen?

He's still the attorney of record on the Monty case, and I didn't see him throwing Nick under the bus (and honestly, it would be unethical for him to do so).

Both Viva and Barnes have been on a blocking spree too.

"Don Tworry" is right. These faggots can all dish it, but not take it.

Bad news today? Maybe his father took his Balldo away?
Or he really thought everybody would fawn over this shithouse appeal request for an appeal he just filed.

He is dumb like that.

Blocking spree plus April changing her handle to 'April_Law' and an almost admission to the polycule in one of her tweets.

My guess is things aren't going really well between Rekieta and Lady Rackets. But this is just speculation.

She already did that like a month or so ago when she said on Instagram she would never leave/cheat on Nick.

Granted, this one is more on the nose. I also like how 90% of everything now has to be a dig against Aaron. Including the shitty motions he has White, or White's colleague, write.

If you ask me, I think Aaron broke Nick.

After he got arrested if I recall correctly Randazza said something about Nick's situation on social media, and the other law tube members (I think even LM and Alex Stein on the Casino) all said the same thing about it being unethical. Personally I don't care if he did. Either he meant it and maybe he has some insight into how screwed up the guy really is or he did it on purpose to try and get out of representing Nick. Either way Nick has fucked himself with all the legal battles he's in. He's literally in a field surrounded by rakes and it doesn't matter which way he steps now he's going to rake himself.

I vaguely recall Randazza saying some snarky things, but I don't think he outright threw him under the bus.

Randazza is kinda in a shit position because, if he wants out (and maybe he does), he's gonna have to show cause. He can't just quit.

What I'm hoping for is Nick going broke, his parents saying no to funding his crap anymore, and THEN Randazza has prima facie cause to quit.

I know some are speculating that Kayla may try to divorce Nick but I don't think that'd really go well for her so she may just try to make it work unless things get so bad she just does it regardless. Not saying staying with Nick is good but leaving him isn't really any better financially for her for the short or long term. Child support and alimony are not going to be great since Nick is probably relying on trust fund funding right now to get by. And the parents can just stop giving Nick money.

Then he'd have to sell the property. Does he even own it or does his parents have any stake in it? I could see his parents potentially turning on Kayla if she tries to leave Nick. Basically these people are all yuppies so they turn into savage animals when things don't go the way they want things to go. And if that happens that could leave Nick, April, and his family open to throwing Kayla under the bus as a scapegoat. Honestly if I were her I'd probably be taking a fucking plea deal at this point just to save her own skin and her kids.

Yeah, like I said I just remember what some of the other lawtubers said about it. But considering how Nick has been at his own court proceedings, he's had to have been just as insufferable in the Monty case, because he's been doing the same shit of talking about the situation outside of court and making it harder for Randazza to defend him. Sure he gets paid but if he's like the best of the best then he probably doesn't want a loss on his record even if it was because his client was a blithering retard.

WTF is going on? Is he just totally spiraling and started using her account?

Are they both spiraling and posting together? I actually can't understand what's going on. Her posts in particular don't make any fucking sense at all.

Didn't he have a Warhammer 40k miniature painting stream a couple of years ago?
I heard that all the Jocks have at least three 2k point armies. (no faggy space elves though)

He did several. I believe he was painting the same one. I am not even sure he finished one. I thought he would have posted about it on FB, IG, or another place if her did, but nothing comes up.

One of them woke up and thought it would be 'fun' to tag-team the trolls?

I'd clip those into a shorter local archive but would probably just boomer it.

Scratch that - there was some time today for a condensed clip of Lewis' segments for those who'd rather not suffer through a 2-hour C-SPAN snoozefest:

If nothing else any body language expert could have a field day evaluating his posture, mannerisms, and tics as a nice sneak preview to how he might carry himself in appeal oral argument and trial if we're so lucky as to see the Barneswalker continue to farm out this dog of a case to the rookie. Why can't Nick's limitless Petrofac money afford the sort of brash demeanor you'd expect from a trial litigator? Past comparisons of the Barneswalker's omnibussin' performance to the public defender from My Cousin Vinny would pale in comparison to the milk that could flow from this guy.

The last time that I talked to the guy he explained the process to me. He had to go from the other than honorable to general discharge, and then general to honorable. Two actions over a few years. It could have been BS but it seemed like the truth.

I'm thinking that there was something more to it for this dude not being able to get his discharge changed.

You're not alone in your skepticism shared by anyone who knows anything about that process, considering the one and only instance of somewhat hardball questioning in the otherwise puff-piece hearing when Senator Graham, who had years of JAG experience on both the defense side and the prosecution side (and who is often rumored to have finely attuned enough gaydar to detect his own kind on sight), drilled down on his discharge history and asked to see his file with a seemingly incredulous tone like this story didn't quite pass the smell test:

It is only fitting Brian Lewis, Rekieta's lawyer, is plagued by phantom homo rape demon fantasies and so neurotic, gay, and fat even the Mormons won't take him.

You'd think those commonalities would make them a power duo but OTOH the working relationship could get awkward after Nick really gets to know him and he really gets to know Nick, who is still closeted enough for zingers like this to roll off his tongue with ease:

...or classics like this one back in the day:

...or countless other instances over the years in between. That sort of tension could make a client worry about all the ways an attorney who learns to loathe his client enough could ever-so-subtly manage to lose on purpose, while doing just enough to maintain plausible deniability and make it look like he tried his best. Or with some luck, we could get to see him just go full-bore more along these lines:

WTF is going on? Is he just totally spiraling and started using her account?

Are they both spiraling and posting together? I actually can't understand what's going on. Her posts in particular don't make any fucking sense at all.
Tinfoil hat theory: Kayla decided to leave the polycule and they’re sperging out on twitter because they’re trying to upset her and make her jealous.

Or it’s just engagement farming.
