The added complication is that early on Aaron said that April became more like Nick the longer things went on. She went from being disgusted by the state of Nick's house to not caring as she spent more time with Nick who was providing her with cocaine. Aaron would refer to her as being like a mini-Nick when they talked/fought. This means April's mannerisms have likely changed beyond texting/messaging.
Whoever is using the April_Law1111 account somehow managed to make the whole Qover look even more ridiculous, cringey, and unhinged.

All the addicts I've ever known who went off to rehab came home looking better than they did when they went away. Even the ones who only went because they had criminal cases hanging over their heads and were facing significant prison sentences.
But then I've only known people who went to proper rehabs, where they take you off the streets for three months or more. None of them looked twenty years older after completing the programme.
