While I'm not sure since it isn't explicit about what exactly is under advisement or what submissions are ordered, I'd think the most likely possibility is the probable cause motion to suppress. Under advisement means the judge will decide later, presumably after receiving the state's opposition.

The source appears to be this brand new account. Three total messages, with the other two being in the Melton thread. The proof that the spelling was wrong was a screenshot of one tweet from Aaron, but apparently omits the fact that Aaron has used both spellings (and only used "Gordy" within the first week of getting the dog in 2022; all tweets afterwards use the "Gourdy" spelling)

So "April" knows how to spell supplant but can't spell the name of her dog, who she loves so much. Weird.
