No, too busy making clips of Tim making a fool of himself after inviting Sam Seder on, despite anyone with a lick of sense knowing exactly what would happen.Anyone listen to his new song.... No? That sounds about right. Keep wasting time and money Tim.
Tim chose to bring on Sam Seder, of The Majority Report, as a guest for The Culture War, despite previously claiming he would never do so, because of how disingenuous he is.
Naturally, this blew up in Tim's face, as he is neither a good debater nor wise enough to take advantage of Sam's slip-ups. At parts, It almost seemed like Tim was trying to get Sam to like him. Rather than break down Sam's questionable examples, Tim offered him lifelines, rather than respond in kind to Sam's hair-splitting.
*Tim & Sam confirm neither understand physical clashes, as Sam thinks the correct thing for Daniel Penny to do was to push Jordan Neely away, not place him in a chokehold, which is a "lethal" move to him. This disregards the risks of someone falling the wrong way, resulting in death. & Tim fails to call out Sam's statement on chokeholds being lethal, as there are many holds which are lumped in with chokeholds, that Sam is doing: 14:55-24:14
*Tim fails to be able to push back on Sam's criticism of his position on de-regulation, while allowing Sam to set the pace & control the conversation: 45:22-1:08:18
Clip Collection:
-Within the first few minutes, Sam manages to make Tim look foolish for inviting him on the show. Sam decides to jump right into how Tim blacklisted him, & has him on, now. Sam came with clips of Tim's own words to use against him. Tim hems & haws, claiming he never said, he, personally blacklisted him. Then, in talking about the death penalty for traitors comments, Tim did not have the video ready to show Sam was wrong, so he appears unprepared for this obvious attack:
-Sam admits he could not get Tim's toilet to flush down his leavings, & critcises him buying "a high-end toilet" which must be broken. What a metaphor for this episode, Tim brings on Sam, Sam defecates upon Tim, & will walk away having gained clips, while Tim emerges with more headeaches:
-Tim brings up firearms as being an over-regulated & loosely defined terms lead to too much interference. Sam claims the individual right to bear arms never existed, it was only under the context of a militia, until the Heller decision, in 2008. Tim fails to correct this, as it was under the 1875 Supreme Court case, United States v. Cruikshanks, which set the standard which Sam cites. & it was used to deny recently freed blacks from bearing arms:
-Sam pokes at the Tenet-connections to Russia, asking if Tim had similar deals being the reason he did not question it. The two proceed to quibble over the difference between licensing & sponsorships, with Tim getting more & more agitated over Sam's needling questions. Tim says he was offered comparable license deals, but went with Tenet. In the end, Sam rather openly insults Tim's business acumen for taking money, without doing research:
-Tim says he could not do all his shows, while still trying to start a family. Sam asks if his "news operation" is still up. Tim says while it is "content is still being produced for SCNR", but hints at that being another source of lazy employees for him to complain about, stating it is "in a holding pattern". Also, Tim says he was offered a "$30 million" licensing deal, which he turned down to go with Tenet:
-Sam goes on to criticise Tim's civil war fixation, challenging Tim to make a scenario where Kamala Harris starts one. Tim attempts to do this, but keeps allowing Sam to lead him back to talking about Trump:
-Sam criticises Tim's inability to "go in depth with the serious stuff" ¬es his lack of any understanding of Social Security, just reading off an article without digging into what it entails. Tim says all he does is opine on the news of the day, which is the format of the show. Sam replies that Tim spends too much time talking about civil war, instead of more important topics:
-Tim & Sam argue over abortion, where Sam tries to pin down where Tim stands on the issue. Tim wavers, but says he is pro-choice, but also says some abortions after the point of viability, in cases of rape. This would be contingent upon a rape victim getting a rape kit done. This devolves into an argument over whom would decide whether a rape occured, with Tim saying the person administering the rape kit would make that decision. Sam considers going through a rape kit, in the time needed to verify a rape occured is too onerous of a requirement. He counters that a rape victim should still be able to get an abortion without having to wait. Tim & Sam do not seem to be much aware of how rape kits are done, since both were somewhat incorrect:
-Normally, I would just offer timestamps for this, but it is the inevitable end of bringing Sam on, drama. Just like with Emma Vigeland & asking why Nazis would be fans of his, Sam tries to pin Tim on a rape victim needing to carry their raptist's child, if they do not follow Tim's requirements. Tim & Sam get in an escalating argument over Tim asking that rape victims "take responsibility" to report the crime, in order to get an abortion. This includes name-calling, interrupting, filibustering, "prop-farming", etc.:
Fulfilling his prior statement, Phil is looking to be hosting the IRL show for Fridays.
Phil had Chrissy Mayr, the comedienne, as the guest.
Brett & Seamus were the co-hosts. Kallem, the tech guy, was present in the conversation, as well.
Clip Collection:
-For a man used to screaming into a microphone, in front of a massive audience, Phil sounded a little nervous doing the ad reads:
-Despite his initial nervousness, at least Phil apologises if he thinks he cut off the guest:
-A super-chatter critiques Tim's performance against Sam Seder. Phil understood Sam's intent was merely to agitate Tim into making clippable moments for his show. Aside from Kallen, most of the panel had not seen past the first hour, so they missed out on the more barbed exchanges, at the end:
