🚨 COCK.LI IS ON RED ALERT.

Here are some that didn't ask me for a phone number. Most can be used on a desktop, which means Javascript (which fingerprints you) isn't necessary.

  • Yandex
  • Rambler
  • Tuta
  • Mailo
  • Posteo
  • Runbox
  • Proton Mail
  • Austici (Note that this one is owned by Antifa sympathizers and has an approval process.)

WTF is up with everyone doing PGP shit now? Bardfinn did now now this.... Sus as fuck.
PGP as verification has been a thing for decades. DNMs might have pushed it more into the public consciousness but nerdy and security places have been using it forever. It's used for text communications, proof of life, to help you make sure the software you've just gained is reputable, you name it.

F. Only had a couple important things tied up, which I moved to an old Gmail from before the phone requirement. Fuck CISA, hope Vincent makes it through this. Next time I buy some XMR I'll send a few bucks his way.

Proton will deactivate free accounts after a year of inactivity. Deactivation due to inactivity is something to consider when signing up for an email service.
If you have a paid Proton plan and you are current with your subscription payments, your account is considered active. If you had a Proton Account before April 9, 2024, you will receive an additional one-year grace period, meaning you have until April 9, 2026 to log in to your account.
As of April 9, 2024, we will begin enforcing the inactive account policy outlined here. If you had a Proton Account before April 9, 2024, you will receive an additional one-year grace period, meaning you have until April 9, 2026 to log in to your account.

Hasn't that already happened? I'm sure when I was trying to make a back-up e-mail during #DropKiwiFarms Proton wanted a phone number.

If worst comes to worst I'm not above paying thirty bucks cash for a burner phone and making a bunch of accounts, it's just an unnecessary annoyance. I wonder what's going to happen when people eventually move away from having a phone number, too.
proton recommends a phone no or a email for 2fa/if you get locked out of your acc for one reason or another;; if you don't know your password and don't have those linked, you're fucked, and your shit is locked in the aether permanently. but this is not mandatory for making an account with them.

your shit is lost to time without 2fa if you forget your password except;; for a funny little thingy for ppl where they give you a string of words to confirm your shit is yours. you have to go into the settings to get it, [download it, for fucks sake, and write it down] but its v easily possible to use proton without another linked email or phone.

tldr; don't be stupid; and

USE AN ENCRYPTED AND GUD PASSWORD MANAGER IF YOU'RE NOT REGISTERING AND LINKING A PHONE NUMBER/EMAIL TO IT

Seems like webmail service is online to the point that you can access and read emails, but I cannot seem to get new incoming emails to migrate the accounts I have.

Also anybody on "Proton asks for a secondary email!" I'm pretty darn sure they only do that after account creation if you used the address right away on some third party account registration ie. Social Media. Anything else is optional.
Just have a Proton email there and within a week or so should be good to use.

Like any swinging dick couldn’t just get a National.Shitposting.Agency or a Memeware.net
I fucking would, and did. From what I remember, the main page listed which domain had which admin, and NSA had someone named Josh. Bet he is handsome. Seems something that all Joshes just inherit.
I'll miss my mail dearly.

If anyone wants a really good email provider. Disroot is a really good one it has.
  • Open PGP Support
  • Supports Web Email or Email Clients for free
They are based in the Netherlands. Recommended by privacytools.io.

You do have to Register on the weekday and they have to accept your Registration.

Disroot, Riseup, Austici, ...
Are all run by Antifa anarcho-communists, good fucking luck using it for Kiwi Farms.

List of providers to avoid https://riseup.net/en/security/resources/radical-servers

Also regarding privacytools, its been compromised a few years ago, the site is not run by the same people anymore and instead just shills affiliate links to NordVPN and such. It should not be treated as a good source for tools or information.
The old team behind Privacytools formed https://www.privacyguides.org/ which maintains the quality previously seen on privacytools.

I've had some success with https://www.inbox.lv/ as an e-mail service for simply storing all not-too-important web accounts that I wouldn't necessarily want to lose, but wouldn't cry over losing access to if it did happen. It's rated "C" on https://prxbx.com/email/ so while not the greatest in regards to privacy, it's not the worst either (It's near unusable without an ad-blocker, though).

I have a disroot address I created via TOR and I've used it to sign up in some chud sites with 0 problems so far. One thing you can be absolutely sure is that the feds will never go after lefty platforms, privacy for me but not for thee... but you can be part of the "me". It's a bit like TOR, designed so your enemies can be safe, and you can make use of that too. Obviously, just avoid giving out sensible information just in case, but that also goes for cock.li.
