My hours have changed a lot in the last few months and time is precious but this arc is honestly the worst in all his arcs. Every stream is literally the following; turbo begging for goal in pre stream, the detractors and autism schedule whilst trying to appeal to Ashton. He still does not understand the Kino appearences are done now, it was apparent during the election stream because no one interacted with him and Ashton looked done 5 minutes in. He wrecked the flow of that stream I just skipped the time he was on because it was so awkward.

It's sad to see a lot of the good detractors go tbh, I love listening to Meerkat on shift and Anl33, PoP usually are streaming on my commute but all 3 are far less engaged and have life. Phil does not realize though that as soon as there is a mass exodus of detractors his lifestyle is on a countdown as they maintain his relevancy. I can see Alt exitting soon too honestly because the prestreams are the only good thing but are the worst. He needs to watch his own audience too because its gone down a couple of hundred the past 2 months.

It kinda feels like the ride is essentially over at this point, the KC grab was a dying breath and held for a month but is now gone. I knew he would try and exit gaming but I am actually surprised at the pace because he barely games now really even TIHYDP are few now. He is going to go the way of Mersh or Ralph and just have a very small platform of 50 views, a few restreamers and that is it.

TBS was great. I was both stunned and dying with laughter that Phillip didn’t see the joke in the Will Ferrell commercial. All this time we’ve laughed at him for it and he still can’t tell what’s a joke. There’s been zero cognitive development. No wonder he blows all his money, he probably believes every word of commercials and believes when they say buying the latest $2,000 phone makes you the coolest guy on the planet.

I don’t have strong feelings either way but it’s surely a notch for the ‘Phillip has autism’ camp.

Hasn't all the DDM viewership just gone to TBS/WPIG and people who are making fun of Phil live, rather than just people in chat doing it? I keep reading about detractors declining and Phil keeps saying it, but most of these channels didn't exist a few years ago and still have way more viewers than Phil does. Even if Phil himself has gotten stale and boring in the past month, since the interviews and KC appearances have ended, I'm not seeing this "end of the detractors" that Phil loves to claim is happening.

Here’s a whitepill for yall: there’s a concept in poker when calculating the cost-benefit analysis to staying in hands called pot odds and implied odds. Put in simple terms, the rule of 4 states that on the flop, you must take the amount of cards remaining that could help make your hand a winning one and multiply it by 4, with that number being considered your hands percent chance of winning. If that percent ratio is better than the amount of chip investment needed to potentially win the total amount in the pot, you should stay in the hand, mathematically speaking.

Implied odds is the same equation, however it also considers the potential gain of your opponent putting in more money to the pot in the future. When trying to calculate investments in something, or how likely some chain of events is to occur, people almost always think in terms of pot odds rather than implied odds. This is all to say, when thinking about Phil, I know for a fact that who he is makes it almost impossible to predict what sorts of large scale blunders or hijinks he will get into in the future. Who could have predicted the Sidescrollers fallout? Or the KC arc? The gain could be FAR larger than you may assume it to be working off the information we currently have.

She's never going to leave unless he has absolute financial destruction. But even if she does, I do not think it will be like the pandalee leaving arc at all. When that happened he still had a huge amount of "real" fans around and the entire tumbleweed forums. He doesn't have any of that anymore. So while he may be dramatic I don't think there will be anything that will come from it.

You have to really objectively look at how sizable he was and how many "real" fans he had when Pandalee left. There's a night and day difference between then and now, he really doesn't have any "fans" left besides like 6 people in chat. The Derish is even gone lol.
