It probably doesn’t matter too much for the type of game he’s making but for someone with his elite coder experience he should know better. It’s like two lines of code to fix this when you start making your game. Now he would have to go back and change every single time he made an alarm equal to the room speed.

Also the fuck is he doing with that animation end switch? Just make a script that swaps to a new animation after the other one ends.

But the more important thing, and I only say this as someone who's done small work on YouTube; they send you analytics, but don't always straight tell you x-viewers, y-adds, z-time, plus algorithm for total dollars. You can look at things on your dashboard, but they just send you the check and don't really specify how all the shit works. So when he breaks out his gay little burrito chart, he's lacking the most important parts; like his total viewers, who don't use adblock, don't skip adds because of subscriptions, how many ads they watched, and the current ad revenue per the time of season. I know someone already said it, but they're correct. I did this a while ago, looking at his two properties; he's a millionaire on paper by virtue of owning those two properties in the Pacific North West. Then Devin says that many figures including the ADL are criticizing Twitch and showing that there's problems with anti-Semitism (lol) and that there is going to be real change coming from this, Mald then gives him a verbal middle finger by saying "well um not yet doe" (13:30-15:11). The funnier thing here is that he went on a rant about kernel level anticheats despite it not actually being relevant to answering the question since you don't need kernel access to look up information about the machine a game is running on or sending data back to the publisher. I laugh every time someone spergs out about kernel anticheat on Windows because Window's security model is so bad that their fears are also true for non kernel anticheats.
