This kind of double standard is basically rampant in social media spaces. Facebook and YouTube can leave up livestreams of active mass shootings for an hour and active, open child porn trading rings for weeks and nobody will bat an eye. A small startup social media platform leaves the same content up for more than 10 minutes and suddenly there are articles in the media like Platform XYZ Has A CSAM Problem, Researchers Say and they're being deplatformed.

X had the exact same thing happen when Musk bought it. Suddenly, every bug or minor outage was an extinction level event. Every random violent tweet or distasteful thing was enough to drive the media into a frenzy. Meanwhile people on bsky are openly fedposting and saying they want to rape and groom children and nothing happens.

1. Normal people still have the illusion that liberals are somewhat normal
2. Normal people see the ads for Bluesky and check it out
3. Normal people are assaulted with gay porn and other raw sewage and find that they can't filter it out
4. Normal people complain then get ostracized and banned with prejudice for saying something they feel is normal
5. Normal people now start to see that liberals are bat shit insane fascists, and the scales fall from their eyes.

Bonus: Normal people see the hate for Kiwifarms on Bluesky, come here to check it out, and find a real welcoming and inclusive environment which provides receipts and records of all the insanity they missed.

It's so high because the ratio of actual troons versus pretenders is 1 to 99. It's medically possible to be transgender, like it's medically possible to be born with your left and right testicles switched. But being medically possible does not mean medically prevalent, and people are unwilling to say that, compared to the mentally ill, the people with fucked up fetishes, and the teenagers that are dealing with the universal experience of going through an uncomfortable puberty and get told that every problem with their body is dysphoria, the ratio is like putting a singular piece of reeces cereal in a bowl of kix.

I think the funniest part is that the only reason why they think it's fucked up is because it is on Kiwi Farms. If he was on any other HRT DYI site none of this would raise a red flag for him.
