Not the BIG one but if he and the state have already agreed in advance to a plea deal that this settlement conference is ordinarily used to hammer out, there is a distinct possibility that they could opt to enter it into the record without necessarily kicking the can down the road to a separate plea hearing. According to the hearing calendar for that afternoon, Judge Wentzell has a full half-hour blocked out after 2:15 which would leave enough time to enter a full plea colloquy should they opt to do it tomorrow, which Nick may prefer just to get it over with sooner or to try to slip it in quietly when it seems there would be less coverage.

If they opt to get it all over with in one fell swoop like that, then the plea colloquy would consist of a series of questions from the prosecutor and from the judge to Nick making sure that his assent to the plea agreement was knowing, voluntary, and intelligent, followed by the much juicier "factual basis" statement where Nick would be forced to acknowledge the truth of each fact establishing each essential element of each offense to which he is pleading guilty, which could be kino when he plays his usual weasel word games seeming to maintain innocence, and the judge would chew him out if he even tries it. Much of this would come out in the transcript so his overall body language and demeanor when bearing the ultimate narcissistic injury of saying those factual basis admissions would be the thing to look for, along with the usual stuff like who came along with him and how broken up they were about it, etc. like last time.

If instead Nick either refuses the plea deal or accepts it but opts to set a later hearing for entering it into the record, then unfortunately the hearing would be just a scheduling exercise in and out very quickly as many expect, but as a consolation prize photos and video are at least allowed outside the courthouse, which can make for memes aplenty all their own:

Kayla's Angel Story

Kayla takes it as more of an angel experience from a time when they were very sick. Their daughter (who was nine years old in 2022) was brought to the hospital and Nick's father also went to the hospital to take over for Nick so that Nick could help out at home with the kids. In the meantime, Kayla was at home with two children and a baby called "the devil child" (Nick's favorite who would go on to test positive for cocaine).

Kayla started feeling very sick and had stripped off all of her clothing due to fever. She went into the nursery to feed the baby when she collapsed with the child in her arms due to dehydration from vomiting so much. Kayla managed to keep the baby on top of her where she could still nurse the baby. However, her phone was well out of reach (in the living room down a 45-50 foot hallway) so she wasn't able to call for help.

Kayla managed to push herself along the floor until she reached her phone and called Nick (who didn't know she was sick). The footage from the baby camera turned "black and fuzzy" from the time Kayla fell until she left the room. That, coupled with the sudden surge of strength to reach her phone made Kayla think it was possible that there may have been supernatural intervention.

I expect Nick's negotiations for his plea agreement will end up going similarly to his negotiations for his Rumble contract extension.

When he first announced he was starting to renegotiate his contract, he had big expectations. He said he planned to fly down to their headquarters and essentially shape Rumble's entire corporate strategy. He had big plans for the whole company.
