I'm obviously not a lawyer, but what's the deal with the footage?
I'd assume that if he pleads not guilty it would be entered into ebidance and become public record, and that if he pleads guilty the case is over and therefore there's no reason for the court to not release it. Or is there some chicanery Nick could pull to desperately wrest that sweet sweet footage from our hands in either scenario?

A plea deal means that he his going to try to set the record straight and tell everyone his side of the story. I can't wait.
I hope he livestreams the plea deal someway and it gets fucked up like April’s hearing. I want to hear superchats from a-logs and more local business shilling

OK, I thought they'd dealt with the probable cause issue at Nick's hearing. Do they get to have seperate probable cause hearings for every fucker in the case? That seems insane?
No, they didn't. Balldo's Barneswalker didn't even make any arguments on probable cause because he is an incompetent loser. Kayla's lawyer at least made one, albeit a piss poor one. Also they are separate cases. Kayla's rights to make an argument can't be waived by the incompetence of Nick's lawyer.

Nick isn't an addict, he just constantly wants to snort cocaine all the time

The drug testing attached to the likely plea deal will destroy him lol

I guess Nick really is more of a coward than I had imagined. Their house must have been really, truly awful. And hearing his daughter ask the cop for clean clothes must really be fatal to what little is left of his "image".
He must be truly scared of the April part also, as he was adamant from the get go that the living fleshlights statements to the police should and could not be used in his case in any shape or form. She must've incriminated every single person to the fullest.

Imagine believing wholeheartedly that pleading guilty to being a massive cokehead who endangers his children is somehow the big win your whole year has been building towards, all while telling the world that your former gay lover with whom you had gay sex has a "child like pee pee" in a pedophile's chatroom.

This is exactly like King David, am I right?

After all that bluster, it's finally time for Nick to be a good boy who is completely obedient to the state. They basically own him and he has to do what they say. Taking a plea just shows that he isn't and wasn't ever in control. It's time for him to accept that they just have all that power over him.

Two long years of probation and regular drug tests. Two long years of being reliant on shitty knockoff weird pills and substances that doesn't show in the test. Can you imagine what that does to what's left of his brain? And when Aaron's hacking charges materialize or when the bullshit RP case concludes without any consequences for Aaron he's going to have another coke stream or commit some sort of crime to own Aaron and he's going to jail. The next two years are going to be even harder balldo boy. Buckle up!

I guess my question is, how long after this touching was the drug test?

Days? A week, month? I cannot remember. But... if her hair wasn't washed clean of the cocaine that he witnessed is that not like....

More of a L for him?
