If you're going to bitch about the police and their practices and behaviors, that's one thing. Institutions are allowed to be criticized, enforcers of the law included. If you're going to outright request they lose funding, that's something different in my opinion. It preaches abolishment and removal, not fixing of issues you might have with them.
