As part of that union, Health Insurance is now a defacto branch of our government. We were all forced by law to buy their shitty product as they completely obliterated the free market. So if you're going to fuck us by using the Federal government as a cudgel, then you get the same social contract as the government; which is fuck around and find out. You piss off too many people, they'll rebel. It doesn't matter if Trump eliminated the mandate. The free market is still gone. So this faggot dying is no different than any other faggot getting iced. You could substitute in Macron, Trudeau, Newsom, and the reaction would be the same.

That being said, no the world isn't coming to an end. The people cheering this on aren't lunatics. This is just how the world has always been. Israel has defense contractors that make stuff, and they occasionally win American defense contracts, but almost nothing from your list was invented in Israel.

No one calls them our "greatest" allies that we must send billions of dollars a year to because of their defense companies won some contracts and they participate in intelligence sharing programs like Five Eyes. Which is why I emphasized we have more value to them as weapons dealers, military trainers, and intelligence gatherers. Not to mention that they still received American support during the Six Days War. At minimum we secretly supplied them with various weapons while maintaining a fleet in the Mediterranean to support them, which nearly got us into a war with the Soviets. At most, and if initial reports are to be believed (it’s certainly what most of the Arab world believes) we were directly involved in the attacks and intelligence gathering.

Basically any attempt to render aid according to police procedure (even if it proved to be futile) would have ameliorated the entire situation. Seeing the full video during the trial really dropped the scales from my eyes. It was about 20 minutes of the police being polite and cooperative with a guy who fought and refused to get in the back of the car, yelling that he couldn't breathe the whole time, the situation wasn't what that short phone video portrayed it to be at all.
